My family has been going to Paging Concepts for years. The service is absolutely amazing! If we need help about our phone they know every answer. If we need help with our bill they explain it to every last detail. They know what accessories are needed and fit perfect with our phones (which are not all the same). The Owner Ron is great, he tell you nothing but the truth about every products, he doesnt just try to sell them to you. A owner who cares about the product and consumer. A true pioneer in the Mobile Phone Business. Only if more places would operate like them. We will continue to shop and visit here as long as I have a phone. I encourage everyone reading this to visit them. Switch carrier if you need to, because this place is worth the service. This Verizon Store was THE BEST that I have been to...Raj, the location manager was awesome. He not only helped me get a new phone he helped me get a new plan which saved me money and he helped me set up my new phone since I am clueless when it comes to doing anything on these new phones. I highly recommend this store for all your phone needs.

I had a great experience at this store. My iPhone was not working and Subrina, one of the store employees took great care of me. She went through all the offers available and really was patient with me.... I am not really tech savvy! Would definitely recommend !
