Poor Customer Service. Deceptive Selling Practices. The manager and representative convinced me to bundle my purchases, as a new customer. They claimed that this was the only way to get the 30% discount on the peripherals (screen protectors and cases) that the store was at the time. Although the sales person was personable and continuously said she would "hook-me up" to ensure I got the best deal, when I received my first bill and saw no discount was applied I contacted T-3 mobile and was told to return to the store and the manager would apply the discount on site. I visited the store and was promised the discount would be applied the following month. It is now 3 months later and no discount has been applied. I just got off the phone with T-Mobile itself and was informed that "The store should have and could have given you the discount at the time of purchase". They have now given me an email and street address to file a complaint with the corporate office. I am sending out a complaint and request for an investigation today. Do not purchase from this location, they misrepresent their prices and discounts.

Worst customer support by the fat girl and a total liar and cheat. I noticed every time I go there she is always in the back making personal calls and lazy! Anyways, my sons Samsung stopped working after our trip and wasnt connecting calls so I asked them to look into it. She tried to tell me that my phone was locked and tried to charge me $20 to unlock my Samsung. When I told her my phone was bought unlocked in Japan she then told me all phones in Japan are locked. I called her a liar and said my phone was already unlocked since I paid full retail price. Thats when she started to say I didnt know anything about phones. She got other customers involved in saying how she knows everything and I am a liar. I went to another T-mobile store and told them what happened and they laughed and said my phone was already unlocked and just needed to reactivate the line again. My wife and I will never go back to this store again because this fat black girl is a liar and lazy ass.

Went into the store on March 31st with the intent on just paying my bill. Well, after some lengthy conversation of options I had I ended up walking out with a new, upgraded phone, a beats pill and the proper case for my phone which I would never had known unless the staff helped me. The staff that day : Josh, Rose and Ankit, were great and very friendly and the main salesperson I dealt with, Josh, was fantastic, had an explanation for all mu questions and even put my screen saver on and phone in the case, as I am not technologically savy at all! Definitely recommend this store, thanks guys

This Place Is Garbage. First time there a few years ago no assist with phone purchase. Had to call customer service on a Saturday night to get the phone to accept calls. The second visit just recently they didnt disclose all the fees and charges with another purchase. This time I cancelled. On the phone they agree to do so then the next day they call to inform that my phone is ready for pick up! Transaction dispute with TMO and stop payment pending with my CC.

This is the best customer service store T mobile has in the Northeast Queens. Ive been to the stores in Jamaica and Fresh Meadows. Both times my questions were answered and I was sent on my way. When I visited this store in Douglaston the reps went above and beyond to help. They were happy to help and kept looking for more ways to help further. Ill stay as a mobile customer because of the staff at this location!!!!!!!!!!

the sales reps are very deceiving. They tell you that if you get a case and screen protector and other accessories it will be 50 % off or free, but they still charge you for full the full price. They are just trying to make you get more stuff together so they can boost their sales. Please dont go here and get robbed of your hard earned money.

Great customer support by employees who genuinely care about their customers. Went back 5 times to replace a broken phone and they handled it with patience every time (tmobile kept screwing everything up). They pointed out any errors on the phone before i could even realize it and filed replacement right away. 10/10 would return again

t-Mobile should close this store! I cant prove it, but i am sure my ID was stolen at this store. I gave them my info to open and accout. 2 weeks later I get informed that my lost phone was shipped. I never lost my phone. No one else had my account info. except them. Someone should file a complaint and have them investigated.

They are dishonest and unethical. The sale woman is a crook. She told me i could get a free Beat headphones. When i saw my account there was a monthly charge for financing the purchase. I am putting a complaint with consumer sffairs.
