I had the worst experience with the team at JW Wireless around Christmas time. They gave me the wrong price info on a plan, they told me I will get a rebate of $150 in 2 month if I brought a number from an other provider. They promise me that my two iPhones will be at there store before Christmas etc... At the end I nether got the phones before Christmas, the plan is costing me twice of what I was told and I nether received the $150.00 rebate. When I received my invoice after all the changes I went to the store and asked Chris to explain. He just played stupid with me, telling me it was a mistake and he will take care of it, that he will call me back and a lot of bla bla bla. He nether got back to me. Horrible experience.

Never thought going into the Verizon store could actually be a pleasant experience, but thankfully in Larchmont, the customer service is exceptional. With a whole new team, Ricky, Kevin and Jeremy, I walked in thinking nothing would be easy with a broken phone and needing help with other lines and they couldnt have been more helpful, accommodating, and they saved me money I didnt know I would save. And they are super nice. So happy they are the hometown dealer!!

Just left the verizon in Larchmont, had an amazing experience! Kevin was very patient and showed me a lot of tips on using my new device. He was up front and honest with all my questions. Anyone coming to this location would have a pleasurable experience! Also Jeremy was great in assisting too!

Great experience at store. New manager Jeremy is super nice and very willing to go the extra distance to make you happy. Regional trainer Ricky was super helpful as well. Great team overall! Switched my service from AT&T and feel really good about working with this store in the future.

Outstanding service! Tech Ricky spent an hour helping me with my new phone, which I didnt even buy here. Purchased the perfect case with his help. Nice selection. Professional, personable, patient, with no high pressure about anything. This is going to be my go to Verizon store.

worst store ever. Double talked me into a new plan and guaranteed my monthly bill would go down. It went up. Also bought a new iphone there that doesnt work. Possibly defective sim card. Have to take it to corporate. The store is awful.
