This store is the worst. I had verizon before i switch to t mobile. The rep never told me that i would have to go to collections before they pay my bill off. So now i have a collections bill that i have to pay for and a t mobile bill ive been paying for. Also the service is horrible, I have been having billing issues since the first day i got my plan. I wish i never left verizon. T mobile is the worst and this store is the worst. Worst mistake i made so far last year and this year. Please stay away they wont give you any information unless you force it out of them or you get a bill like me

Be aware that this review is specifically taken into a broad aspect.This isnt my local TMobile branch. I came here to demo the Samsung S8 and LG G6 since I was at the area. The store clerks seem nice BUT, dont take my word for it. I only asked a question regarding where the demo units for those phones were. I have no idea how theyre like under different scenarios. The stores layout was spacious and organized and felt pretty welcoming to walk-in. Overall it was an ok place under those circumstances. For those who are locals to this area, take my review as a grain of salt.

Very poor business practices - Baitand switch. When you called them to check the price, they will give you a very low price on phone. But when you arrived their store, their actual price will be much higher than the price quoted over the phone. Dont waste your time on those people. Avoid it.

With out a doubt the worst of the worst sales people are liars and will bait and switch you......told me I would receive a rebate for each line ported into t mobile it never happened...these people should be selling fake Rolex watches in times square....BEWARE

This is a T-Mobile corporate store, not a franchise. Very good deals on phones and very friendly and helpful staff. No charge for replacing and activating SIM cards.

Went in there with an inquiry of opening a line, got a call and left, when I went home T-Mobile contacted me and thanked me for opening up "2" lines.
