I just left outta that Tmobile bout 5 minutes ago it is now 4/11/16 @ 4:40pm and it was two guys one girl and the girl went to the back n one guy asked if u need help told him I was looking into gettin some new lg head phones ... So Im like the new ones they want me to put down half n Im unsure if I want to right now so I asked about the old one he ignores me ...due to him being busy talking to his co worker about something in his phone so I said ok how much is the older one ,he still dont hear me n continues playin in his phone ... So I repeated myself again he gonna then say 40 plus tax so 50 at that point I thought bout just going with the new one for all of that ,but yet still he dont pay me no mind n is focus on his phone ... So due to poor service I decided not to buy anything ... As a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE OF 5 years that worked in retail and customer service felt that ,thats no way to run a business AT ALL TMOBILE NEEDS TO REHIRE NEW EMPLOYEES THAT WANT TO WORK INSTEAD OF PLAYIN IN HIS PHONE aN WITH A CO WORKER WHILE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS!!!

I wish I can give 0 stars this is continuously the worst T-Mobile store Ive ever been to!!! Every time I Come to this store they are either closed early or I have to wait extremely long for service. The service is horrible...the sales associates are rude...they need extra training or to be fired all together. I came here to pay my bill they were closed 40 mins early not at 8 oclock. I knocked on the door they said they cant pay bills after a certain time. Which I know is a lie!! On top of that they had customers in the store already. Then I saw them let someone else into the store after I left!! Worst store ever...I would not want these associates representing my brand if I was T-Mobile.

The worst customer service ever. Unless theyre getting a sale, they are unwelcoming and sometimes outright hostile. Even though this is the closet location to me, I have to travel another 20 mins to get to another location because I can guarantee they are either too busy gossiping with each other to attend to customers or the "computer system will be down."

Although the whole store is generally pretty slow, the service is pretty good. The clerks are funny and get the job done. Fayyaz is the absolute best!
