Had a horrible experience with one of the female employees in the store; she does not belong in customer service; she is not a pleasant person. Most of the other employees are helpful and friendly, but Zhanna, I believe her name was, made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable during our whole exchange. The second time I went, she was working and although I tried avoiding being helped my her, she called my name out next in line, unfortunately.

They need to send someone in from corporate to see how bad the customer service is here. Have been waiting an hour on a Monday night to print a bill. There are 5 reps here and 2 are helping people. Finally being helped and the woman manager has a really bad attitude. I checked in an hour ago to print a bill and now that its my turn they are telling me they cant do it. Did they think they could an hour ago?????

Very large store with free parking. Once inside they have all that Verizon has to offer on display. I just wanted to change my data plan and the lady at the front counter took care of it using an iPad in a matter of minutes. I liked that there was no hard sell to get other add-ons, she just did what i requested.

Terrible customer service!!!! Wait around while they BS with customers. I drove 10 miles away to another store and suggest you do the same unless you like to get stressed. Please dont delete this negative review verizon
