Anthony was one of the most helpful sales reps i have ever dealt with reguarding verizon phones. He handled any problems i had with not a single error everything got handled succesfully. I got my galaxy s7 edge in and was greeted professionally. Anthony really knows what hes doing and how to handle any problem with your phone, plan, bill. Anything he will help you with no problems. I would reccomend you find anthony and ask him for help the next time you need help with your verizon plan. 10/10 would ask anthony zee for help again.

Kevin and Greg are the best sales reps I have come across in a very longtime. Guys actually care about their work and treat people with respect. They answered all my questions and concerns. Cleared all the confusions about the Verizon plans. I have a crystal clear picture now. Just amazing service provides by the guys at this store. I had such bad experience as at the other Verizon locations. I would give these guys 100100 perfect customer service. Would be great trainers for any company and great assets to have.

Andrew is the man. I went to meet him at this specific location because I called around a number of stores asking for information and he was by far the most helpful. I appreciate great service and I figured if Im gonna buy a phone its going to be with someone that deserves my business. When I met him at the store he showed me all the ropes, was extremely kind and very professional. Ive been to numerous Verizon stores and this has to be the greatest experience Ive had. I was greeted very kindly by Greg who helped me understand all my options with regards to a phone case. I felt extremely confident with my decision in getting a case charger especially since I use my phone a lot and it couldnt have happened without the help of Greg. He even helped apply a screen protector onto my phone. For sure the best customer service! Thank you Greg!!

The Verizon representative was extremely helpful in solving my problems and answering my questions and especially understanding my many limitations with understanding technology. Excellent customer service from sales associate Gregory. My husband and I went to the store to switch our phones from another company. There was a line forming and he was the only associate but he still was very attentive to us. He did help the other customers while we waited for the data to download. The problem is I never left a review for this store. I rely on Google to look at reviews and dont appreciate someone from the store leaving a false review in my name.
