Malik, Jay & Krystal ( My Dreams Team) These guys are "SUPERB" My wife and daughter had AT&T and I had Sprint. My wife was in need for new phone (badly) !! So she went Saturday and the sales associate who dealt with her was Malik. My wife called me to informed that Malik was trying to sell the Direct TV with the phone. So I asked to speak with Malik. With no problems he spoke with me good 1st impression explained the whole package. It just sounded to good to be true.. Malik had me thinking to switch from my provider to AT&T. Tuesday I went to the store and Nassau PD was at store front had an accident outside. So now its around 7:45pm. At the front of the store were Jay and Krystal which greeted me very warmly. I asked for Malik but he was dealing with a client. So while waiting Jay and Krystal engaged in good conversation about some of the new phones and options. So now its about 8:15pm. Malik introduced himself he was just like over the phone very professional. He proceeded to introduce the Direct TV and phone package. By the end of the conversation it was just what we needed a phone package. With a throw in bonus of Direct TV. Now its around 8:45pm remind you the store close 9pm And this (Dreams Team) at anytime did they instructed me to come back the next day to complete this transaction. Now Malik is still willing to help me with my phones and the different options. I always had and LOVE the Samsung Note. But due to the Note7 and "you know the rest" My next choice was the LG with an questions mark (?) But still with Samsung in my heart I decided with the Samsung edge. Now its time to complete the sale transaction and still this (Dreams Team) is still willing to handle my transaction. Now its around 9:55pm and Malik hes setting up my new Samsung Galaxy S7 edge with no "attitudes at ALL" If you dont know its more than just buying the phone and out the door. Malik down load apps and transfer my content to the S7 edge. Wow !! By end of the night this (Dreams Team) gave me 3 hours of there night..You guys gave me a great introduction to AT&T and Direct TV. Friday Direct TV came out to install the dish on my garage. At 9:am sharp I only received (1) receiver at the moment, but so far so good. (DREAMS TEAM...YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST) Me and my family thank you provide top shelf service.

Customer service extremely poor. I went there with a fellow Co worker and one of the guy employees (husky Hispanic guy), kept directing everybody that came into the store to this one female employee. She was swamped with customers already while he and another female employee was "busy" helping one person at the same time. The employee that was swamped got upset and told him why dont YOU sign these people in as I am swamped. Now there is 5 to 6 people in there that came in after us, no one is signed in, so there is NO ORDER. We eventually left without purchasing anything after about a 10 min wait. Never again.

I went to the store to purchase the Microcell. There was practically no wait. However, even though I was told that they had the Microcell in stock, when they actually went to the back to look for it, in fact it was not in stock. It was disappointing to be told that they had it in stock, only to be told that they did not have any left. I felt that they should have known their inventory better. After wasting my time at this location, I went to another store, approximately 4 miles away, and was able to purchase the item. They lost a star because they should have known their inventory better.

One of the nicer AT&T stores in the area. Large with plenty of phones on display and a very knowledgeable staff. I was in and out with my purchase in a very short time. Parking can be a but scarce with the customers from the adjoining Starbucks taking most of the spots in the lot.

If youre purchasing a prepaid phone and have issues with the device, dont expect them to allow you to exchange it. Even if its the same week. Plus there isnt a way to pay for a warranty.
