Highly recommend this store....Was greeted by the door by Angel and Oscar...Angel was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns and was able to offer me the best options for my money....He ran through all the features and the differences in cell phones and coverage.....Overall was completely satisfied with the service!!! Keep up the great work Angel....it was a pleasure!!

Very very bad customer service. Every single time I go here no one is helpful! No one knows about anything relating to service and I always get misinformation. Management needs to step up. One reason why people hate sprint. smh when ever you walk into the store its like youre bothering them and they just stare at you until you leave.

This company s the most crooked out there They try to pass off what they say are completely free tablets and then bill you for it. When you try to cancel the billing charges they tell you that they cancelled the charges but in reality they keep billing you for these charges what crooks if you use them you will be sorry

Empty store, yet still got brushed off by employee to goto another location. All I needed was a sim card since my new phone uses a different sim. Even if they didnt have it the least they could do is offer to reach out to another location and check for me, rather than sending me on a wild goose chase.

Excellent.....Excellent.....Excellent service!!! I went into this store this past weekend and they were very helpful, which is big improvement from when I went in there about 6 months ago. I will be going back there again in a few months when it is time for my husband to upgrade.

I love coming to this store!!! The minute I enter, I am always greeted with a smile from one of the employees. Angel has been especially helpful and took the time to sit down with me to show me how to use my new Apple Watch. Great customer service! Love you guys :)

We just got a new phone for our daughter and the people there were very helpful this time. Last time we added a line to our account they lied about our bill but this time it was exactly what they said it would be and we are happy the second time around!

The staff routinely tells you a different story than sprint online or phone customer service. Sprint offers for buybacks or contract buyouts are delayed months and there are massive hidden fees. The fine print will cost you in the end.

Great experience! Angel was very knowledgeable, professional & helpful. I switched over from another carrier & it was no hassle. The store is very clean & large so even if its busy, you dont feel crowded. Definitely recommended.

Customer service was awesome. I went in for a bill issue and ended up leaving with a free iPad. The rep Jason and his supervisor Xavier were the best. I would recommend everyone go to this store for the best service.
