**This is not a Verizon corporate store. This is a retail store, where they buy units from Verizon, and then charge whatever the store pleases. This store does not operate under Verizon rules. DO NOT COME HERE** To be fair, the process in store was smooth. The employees knew what they were selling and how to get you out the door. Only they told you lies: they said they would waive the activation fee and we would see it off our bill - WAS NOT DONE. They said the employee discount was already applied and effective immediately - WAS NOT DONE. We needed to port a number from a different Verizon account to a new Verizon account - WAS NOT DONE **and** to correct this, it would take an extra week. Thats just unacceptable as a Verizon affiliate, and if this was because theyre not a Verizon corporate store, then dont come here. We had to call Verizon Customer Service and all this was corrected over the phone in under an hour. Dont bother with this store and call Verizon to confirm a corporate store first.

Do not recommend, this is NOT a Verizon corporate store. Multiple mistakes with our account setup. 1) They charged us $11 extra per iPhone. "This is just how the store works", we were told. 2) The number porting was not done as requested. Was told it would take between a week to a month if they were to fix this mistake. I contacted Verizon corporate and this was done in less than 20 minutes. 3) We were told the device activation fee would be waived. This was not done and I had to contact Verizon corporate. 4) Our employee discount was not applied to the account, even though the store confirmed that it was in place. I had to manually add to my account myself after the fact. 5) The trade in boxes were not ordered for us, even though we requested to have the trade in done. We had to manually order them ourselves. The sales associate Michael was courteous and professional, however the above oversights (many of which were out of his hands) are not acceptable.

I just left this store about a half hour ago, I spoke to my mother the entire ride home about how great the service was. We worked with an man named David Kim and he was actually phenomenal. I have never left a verizon store so happy before, he brought out my new phone and a variety of cases to choose from, screen protectors and a selfie stick and all. I did not take all of it but he brought me my options and explained each of them for me perfectly. And also he explained step by step with my total monthly bill and sent to my email as well. This store and staffs are so nicely to teach me all my bill information and non of other verizon did this before. I had an amazing experience at this store, its officially my favorite location.

This Verizon is the best one I ever been to so far. The service here is phenomenal and the sales Reps are very informative and helpful. I definitely recommend everyone and everyone I know to sales rep Dennis Lee for sure for sure. Skeptical of other sales reps screwing me over in the past I only recommend Dennis Lee for any kind of service. He is very patient and will be very thorough as if he was working on his own familys phone account. I hope he will stay at this location since it is close to my job and I will come back to work with Dennis Lee if I ever have Verizon needs.

I just purchased a iphone and tablet the sales persons were very courteous and helpful. I was in the day before and sales associate Leslie was helping couldnt purchase the phone that day came back the next day and sales associate Michael Metzger help me buy tablet as well. He also went above and beyond to help find voice messages that was lost when I purchase a previous phone. We werent successful. He took the time to ask and to make generous effect to help me find them it really touch me. Thank you for going above and beyond Leslie and Michael Metzger.

I have to recommend the team at Verizon in Little Neck for their great service. These guys are the reason why I am leaving AT&T and also the iPhone 7, but really I feel welcome to return here for any questions I have with Verizon. Ive felt engaged and welcomed here by the team. Just talking about sports and wrestling I feel as if Ive made new friends here and that Im more than just another customer. This really has made my day after a long day at work. This Verizon store provides great customer service!! If you do come to this location, make sure to request David Kim! He will walk through and explain in detail every phone plan Verizon can offer. He is also great at explaining the various phones and data plans. He understands and is very chill! He can speak fluently in both Korean and English. The whole atmosphere of this store is great and positive. This store really cares for their customers! Make sure to come!!!

Best Verizon wireless store. We had originally come to Verizon to cancel our account., however, david and Mike provided us with such wonderful service that we decided to stay with the company. Furthermore, after spending an hour with us, David and Mike convinced us to upgrade all of our phones. We are leaving very satisfied customers!

Little Neck Verizon store gave me the best experience I ever had in a Verizon store. The staff was helpful ,gave me all my options and told me the exact costs that I would see on my bill. I was given a great customer experience and feel I could go there anytime to get my questions answered. It is now my go to store and staff.

Jishan and David are always helpful when I go there. Theyre also very knowledgeable and provide great customer service. They make the effort to know my family members where they recognize us when we walk in. Lastly, it is great how they are also close to my house and I am able to stop by after work or whenever I can.
