This is a review by a real person rather than the fake accounts who gave this place 5 stars. They really seem to love Dan! Especially during the month of December! TLDR; Go to a real Verizon store over this place (yes, this is NOT actually a Verizon store). Anyways Im here to tell you this place will rip you off and not tell you about fees. I did a phone upgrade from here, I used an upgrade that was available on the account. I was told by the staff that all I would have to pay was the 200 dollars they charged me right then at the counter. What actually happened was I got charged 20 dollars a month for the next year and a half. On top of the 200 dollar initial fee. Trying to get an issue resolved with Wireless Zone is hopeless. Especially when it involves you getting money back. Anyways I went into the place recently and asked him why I was charged 20 a month even after the staff told me all I had to pay was the initial fee. "Well.. it depends..", he went on and on telling me about what I was charged for instead of answering my question. It seems there are two possibilities. 1. The staff is too lazy/incompetent/whatever to see what your costs will actually be or give you accurate pricing. 2. The staff will put gotchas in your business. And youll end up paying more than you were told for outdated phones.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this is the BEST Verizon store in the area! Dan and his staff are warm, welcoming and make transactions easy. Dan takes the time to get to know each customer-something that is rare today! The employees make you feel like part of the family and are knowledge on all in-store products and beyond. Dan and his staff truly take the time to answer every customers question with a smile on their face! I will never go to another Verizon store again!

Incredible Service from Dan and Sabrina - This is old-school customer care in the modern era. No matter what the problem or issue, they are going to work tirelessly to help you out. During my latest visit , Dan was willing to wait on hold with the "mother-ship" at Verizon for 45 minutes - a true champ. I just purchased an iPhone 6s. My salesperson was Michael Piparo. He was outstandingly knowledgeable and able to impart his knowledge in a clear,cogent and understandable way. He was also patient and courteous. He answered every question I asked without hesitation. I learned more from Mr. Piparo than I have from any salesperson I have ever spoken to. I am now a true Verizon customer!

Dan and his staff are amazing! Truly appreciate that they get to know their customers. Ive watched Dan spend so much time assisting customers of all ages and abilities. He has the patience of a saint and will sit with a 90 year old customer for hours until they found their pictures and remembered their password. Always going above and beyond. Would never go to another Verizon store!

My experience was excellent, I got a new phone on Saturday at a different location and came to this location for help using it. Dan was so patient and kind with all my new phone needs. I was there about a hour and Dan took the time to show me how to use everything I needed and said if I have any question in the future dont hesitate to come back.
