Ive never experienced a more honest and helpful encounter with a phone service company. The Sales rep was a great guy and helped out A LOT and really made the experience of switching to Verizon simple without any hidden fees or catches and even helped out with discounts and extra GBs for my plan. If youre looking to switch to Verizon I would ONLY recommend going here, youll thank yourself every month when you receive your bill.

Mat and chazz helped me out alot multiple times and supplied me with excellent customer service. They helped me when i purchased my note 7, walked me threw setting it up step by step and help me threw exhanging my note 7 after the recalle came up. They really went out of there way to help me out with anything they could and where very friendly the whole way threw, overall excellent customer service.

Just wanted to say how amazing my experience was today!!! MATT was absolutely amazing! I went to three different stores and no one was able to help me but Matt was able to get it done he got me a new phone and some how was able to get all my data!!! Recommend everyone to come check these guys out!!

Dont go this place, I dont recommend it, I have a very bad experience with Jay, he likes to play with people promising moneys or credits on the bill or in the phone plans. Just be careful when you go there.
