*Warning* stupidity ensues... I dropped off my phone at 5PM and picked up the phone at 540PM. I told the manager (think his name was Brian) that the last 2 times I had my glass replaced by other shops there was a dead pixel on the replacement screen. I asked him if he checked my screen and he said very arrogantly "No, weve never had that problem happen here so we dont check." Ummm..what? Ya, brainless response. He spoke to me like I was idiot for suggesting this. So I check the phone and OF COURSE theres a dead pixel. So I said "I live far away, could you replace it real quick please?" It takes 10 minutes max, Ive seen people replace on the spot. He then said...wait for it.... "No I cant, that would take 20 minutes ..and we close in 15 minutes." .........seriously WTF LMAO?? got a hot date at the apple store pal??! Of course were not going to help a new client that just purchased a defective product--the owner would never advise us to do that. So then I say "Well can you at least provide a discount because the product is defective.." and the smug safari loving jerk-off says "We can offer you a friends and family discount for $10 off." effing kidding me???? At this point I forced myself to walk out of the store because I was about to punch him in the mouth for being such a douche bag. Since then Ive taken my phone back twice (yes twice) to have them replace the screen and of course they dont have the product in stock and told me to come another time. MORAL of the story is dont trust guys that host LAN parties and take their girlfriends to see Ant Man on opening night. Thats it.

I have a SONY Vaio 2005 PC Laptop and Dr Brendans tech group was kind, patient, determined and efficient in fixing a number of different issues that I have experienced recently with my aging machine. First, I had a relentless virus that they fixed for me...then I was unable to connect via my built-in wireless tracker to any internet connection and that was fixed in only a few hours! Both situations were urgent matters; this is after all my ONLY computer. Thanks to Dr. Brendans I am writing this from my vaio now; and because they fixed things so quickly I was able to obtain a job interview, complete my GMAT AND I am now an MBA student...couldnt have done it if they hadnt fixed my computer in a timely manner! Thanks guys! Even if you dont have any computer problems/needs you need to stop by their shop and check out their amazing light blue leather couch; while you peruse their refurbished MACs...its an experience! Oh one last thing...they took the time to explain things to me when I did not understand and was curious! Thanks again guys! Glad you are here!

I recently saw an ad for the new color cases that Dr. Brendans was doing and figured to give it a shot. I have never seen anything like it and like being unique. Upon arrival at the store I was greeted by two very nice gentleman who were very knowledgeable about Apple products. They swapped the original black casing I had into a very stylish baby blue that looks AMAZING with a black bumper. The gentleman did all this in front of me while I watched the elaborate work needed to just change the front and back of the phone. I guess gone are the days of Nokia faceplates, but it just proves the machinery that is an iPhone. Love these guys and the store and would recommend it to anyone with any questions about Apple products or is in need of any fixing. Saw a couple windows computers in there as well, so even though it says Mac Repair- they can fix just about anything i assume.

I brought my 2 week old I-pad 2 to Dr. Brendans after breaking the screen. Because it was only 2 weeks old and I had Apple Care I called Apple first, big mistake. 1) Apple care did not cover the glass and 2) They wanted over $400 to fix it and I had to send it back to them at my own expense. I went on the internet the next morning and found Dr. Brendans. It took a little longer that I thought it would to fix (they needed to order the part) but it was less than half the cost of the Apple repair and it works wonderfully. The young men in the office were very knowlegable and, I received updates by phone every other day until the I-Pad was ready. I would happily recommend Dr. Brendans to anyone.....

I cant think of any way they could improve; I used to go to them when they were Dr. Brendans Mac Repair, and the quality of service and knowledge at MacInspires is just as amazing. Every interaction I have had with their staff has been pleasant and informative. Yesterday I was on my way to pick up a replacement battery when I got stuck in traffic. I called the store because it was about to close and I was only a few minutes away. They waited for me to get there, about ten minutes after they closed, and didnt rush me at all. I whole-heartedly recommend Macinspires to anyone and everyone.

I brought my iPhone 4 and MacBook Pro to Macinspires for an upgrade to my laptops RAM and color customization for my phone. Not only was their service staff helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable, but their prices were fair, components quality were superb, and the time the service took was incredibly fast. Upgraded from 4gb RAM to 8gb RAM in my MacBook Pro and customized my iPhone with a metallic Purple screen, metallic Green button, and flat Green back. Took less than 2 hours for all of this work!! Just had the greatest experience with the super friendly and helpful experts at MacInspires. They performed a diagnostic test and helped explain to me what was wrong with my device, clearly laying out different options for fixing it instead of just trying to convince me to spend money. I own a ton of Apple products, some new, some old, and its awesome to be able to go into one store where I can have them repaired, have my questions answered, or just hang out and learn a thing or two. Had bad experience with Brendan at other shop. Same owner, same rules. Just you to know guys. If they charge you money, and they dont fix the problem, you will never see your money back. They will tell u 100 excuses, but youll never see your the money

I love this place went down the ave to super center and they wanted $200 just to look at my computer, brought my macbook to Dr Brendan and they looked at it for free and had it fixed the next day. Great customer service a nice place to be in
