IF YOU HAVE TO GO TO T-MOBILE DONT GO HERE!!!!! I learned the hard way... I went here to change to the jump on demand plan and an employee, a woman with dark curly hair and an inability to set up a basic phone leasing plan, horribly messed up my t-mobile experience COSTING ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! Im still paying for a phone that this store instructed me to send to T-mobile and the employee apparently put me on a completely different plan. Even speaking to T-mobile over the phone has proved useless because of HER specific blunder, she should be fired and NO ONE should go to this place until she is. Her manager had the phone sent back to the company but he didnt tell them that, so it took 3 months to resolve and Im still out hundreds for their collective mistake and then deception to cover that mistake. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY! DO NOT belive the hype, the people reviewing this store positivly are lying or plants, this place is a scam house where they fleece you for your money while their employees are too busy playing with snapchat to do their jobs correctly. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have been with tmobile for 10 years now and I have visited many locations. Over all the years, I finally found a location where I feel comfortable and I feel the associates actually are trying to help me than force me to buy things I dont need because they need sales. This location is amazing to say the least, great customer service, excellent workers and I have never left here without my inquires being resolved. I feel as though the reps. actually listen to what I have to say and my needs and help me to the best of their abilities and even go beyond. There enthusiasm for what they do and to help each and every customer astounds me because it is rare to find. Best store, great customer service, amazing workers, superb manager, comfortable atmosphere!!!

Very helpful. Ive been a Tmobile customer for 13 years straight and can say that Im very pleased with the customer service I receive from this location. We used the JUMP program to upgrade my wifes phone and I had a question. Randy was very helpful in explaining all of our options and which option would benefit us the most. He even had me call Tmobile on the phone to clarify and confirm any of my questions. Randy and this store have been very helpful and I would highly recommend. Randy even gave my antsy son a slap bracelet to keep him entertained. Thats beyond customer service. Thank you.

Terrible service. I wanted to see if the store had a camera in stock, and the person at the counter said the store would have it within the next week. I go in the following week, ask for the camera and they said it would be there the next day. I go in the next day again with a friend and ask for it a third time. The same thing happens as the person at the counter says the "shipment is not here yet".

This is the best Tmobile ever the employees are really good. They can fix almost anything. I came in because another tmobile couldnt get me my whats app messages. I came here an they got it back in less than 5 minutes. I recommend this tmobile to all my friends and family. I come all the way from new Jersey just for the customer service.

Compare to other T-Mobile franchise, the staff here seems to be more knowledgeable. From outside, the store seems unoccupied but if you have one or two customers in the store, you know you will have to wait for 15-20 min to be served (then another 30 min to complete your request). That is how it is on retail mobile franchise is I guess?

In this store i ordered iphone 6 and i gave them my drive license to write down address to ship phone to my house. This **iot put totally wrong address. So took me over 2 weeks to change address with tmobile and UPS. I will never again come to this store. They cant write in english or they cant read in engish.

If you are going to use your Jump plan here, they will make you mail in the cell phone yourself (unlike other tmobile stores). Save yourself a trip to the postal office and go to another tmobile store that is more accommodating).
