I work in Greenwich and I chose to go to this AT&T store because it was the closes to me. Which it was the best idea ever because once I got there the associates greeted me and informed me that someone will be right with me. once it was my turn I was assisted by the store Manager Craig McGillan ( Very Smart, and very polite) once he knew I was there on my lunch break he did all possible to get me out of there in a decent time and taking care of all the questions I had. Great Customer service with a very friendly environment.

We cannot do anything to help you is the answer I got after one of the sales person reluctantly decided to interrupt their mobile phone game to talk to me. I had spent 1:30 h with ATT customer service and came to the store hoping human interaction would help. Not sure how much human is left in att sales staff.

This store and the staff is to be avoided at all costs. They will work hard to sell anything and provide minimal support or service. Any short fall is met with an excuse not any effort to fix the problem. The manager offers to help and to call back after some research and that is the last one hears from him.

Wow. Terrible service with a capital "T". Their attitude stings and there is no customer service to speak of. Very poor. I would rather take my business else where with another store, or with another network.

Staff are rude and unhelpful, especially the lady I just talked to over the phone. She put me on hold for over 20 minutes and then when i called back, she knowingly hung up on me.
