HIGHLY RECOMMEND A VISIT... Awesome Costumer Service! Didnt have to wait on any lines. I got assistance the moment I walked in. The Sales rep was extremely helpful and had extensive knowledge about their products. Took the time to understand what I was looking for and made recommendations that best suited my lifestyle. Also took the time to help me setup and understand my device... Best of all, when I went back for a few accessories, the Rep actually acknowledged me as a returning costumer.

I came into Verizon today in a panic, totally stressed and sleep deprieved, devastated at the loss of my phone. Amit was so patient and helpful. Yes, you can leave a Vz Wireless store and not have a laundry list of complaints, go to this one. Great customer service! Milad was very knowledgeable, and was multitasking to help multiple customers at the same time. Definitely coming back.
