Very poor service , brought new phone from sprint and went in empty store to transfer info and was told it cost $20 dollars. Called sprint and was told there is no charge to transfer since I was a customer for over 11 years noted it on my account was informed to return to store. Manger told me he doesnt have to honor the notes on my account. Very rude.
