Sales representatives are very misleading, they dont give accurate information. I signed up for something with half the information on hand just so they can make a sale. After the fact, I asked that a manager contact me to help resolve the issue with AT&T. Months of me contacting them and going into the store went by and I was given excuse after excuse, the store manger was away, not available at the moment, etc. The whole situation caused a lot of headache that I had no support from the store in resolving. Misleading customers for a sale is not good for business. Also all the free accessories I was given with my purchase stopped working within 3 months (car charger, etc.)

AWFUL I walked in with my broken phone, looking to buy a new iPhone I was told by the person working that, "since my billing address doesnt match my Id, we wont get credit for the sale and wont sell me a phone" R u kidding me! I was on my way out of state for the weekend I will be calling at&t about this
