MY PHONE CAME BACK WITH MORE DAMAGE THAN IT HAD BEFORE I BROUGHT IT HERE AFTER PAYING OVER $300!!!!! My spen detector no longer works when that wasnt an issue and the speaker in my phone is damaged, everything sounds extremely distorted. I brought it back to see if these could be fixed and was yelled at, like I was over the phone multiple times while my phone was there being repaired. My screen is still loose and it is obvious it wasnt repaired with care because Ive brought it back because the screen fell out. Why is it still loose after bringing it there to have the repair repaired? If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I brought my phone with a cracked screen as the damage, they said it would take less than 24 and even put that on the receipt. I went down to the store the next day and they said they had to order parts for my phone and they would keep in contact and it would be a top priority. This was a complete lie because my sister and I had to call the store multiple times a day for the next 9 DAYS. Throughout these 9 days I was fed lies, everything from I have to go to our other locations to find parts, to were just waiting for the glue to dry. I knew this was a lie because when I went in there to see if there was any progress being made I was told that they dont use glue to repair phones... so why was I told I needed to wait for the glue to dry?? Ive never written a review for a service but I knew that I had to because of the complete disrespect I was treated with while dealing with this company, I felt belittled by the worker Mo and he kept blaming his personal problems on why the phone wasnt being repaired and why he was being so rude. Completely terrible experience DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE OR ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS OTHER LOCATIONS!!!! unfortunately after having my phone for less than a year, not even paying it off fully I have to replace because the damage done by this store.

I didnt want to leave this review because I really tried to have faith in this place after several people warned me not to go here- but please, if you dont want to have more issues with your phone than you walked in with- DO NOT go here. I came in originally to fix a cracked screen and they fixed it... but my phone now has issues with the screen flashing rainbow colors, or going completely black. The LCD screen is completely ruined, and now my antenna is messed up- where my phone doesnt pick up any service. I went in about the LCD screen being messed up, and they put a new IPHONE screen on, but that did not fix the issue- just made it worse. I refuse to go back, and I am sorry that I wasted time and money here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING, I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK PLACE THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND THEY QUALITY OF SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ANY WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

The store being empty should have been my first clue. No matter how many locations you open up, your reputation proceeds you. You have all the pretty signs and fresh paint but this store is just as Bull$%%T as the one in Rosedale.

This place sucks balls. If your new to the business, customer service is key. Broken promises and inexperienced. I believe they just sell cellphones. I would not go back. Thats what I get for giving a mom and pop shop a chance.

Over priced and subpar workmanship. When replacing the back glass of my Samsung Galaxy, the adhesive they used was still visible. When replacing the camera lens cover, they left a gap allowing dust to get under it.

My phone fell on some weights and completely broke the glass (front and back) while in my case. I need my phone for work so it was definitely an emergency and they had it fixed within an hour. Great guys here.

This place is a massive rip off, charging $150 for an iPhone screen replacement whereas Apple charges $109. They also do a poor job of repairing phones. Pretty sure the good ratings are fake and self rated.
