These guys were so great to me and my wife that I personally came back to thank them this week. We had photos of our sons first birthday party on our phone that was dropped in the street than ran over by a car. Somehow Repair Sharks was able to save the phone, the data, and now have a new customer for life. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel so much better about the whole situation. I went to Apple to get my phone fixed for a cracked screen. After looking at it for only a second, the teen sales advisor said it couldnt be fixed and tried to sell me a new phone. I tried Repair Sharks because it was close to my house, and could not be happier I did. I dropped off my phone and picked it up an hour later. I will definitely come back here in the future and recommend it to my friends.

Ruined my iPad. They gave me a defected digitizer, and after 3 attempts at a repair. There re dead spots that wont respond to touch. No two months later the screen is developing hair line cracks where it kept popping out of the frame. Do yourself a favor and find a different repair shop. Update:Thanks to their unprofessional repair I had to get a new IPad.

I can not but say that I used repair sharks recently and loved it. I had two sons at the time and my baby spill some water in my laptop and I had brought to repair sharks and my computer were back in business. thank goodness i found this repair service! My phone and my laptop were beyond repair and i though i would never be able to use them again. Until a friend introduced me to repair sharks LLC. The guys here are great, my phones screen was broken but it also had a problem before that where my phone would start ghosting, and the guys repaired it but the ghosting didnt go away. So the guys were nice enough to give me a refund, Honestly such great guys, such good service.

The owner to me $40 root my droid same day. It took them 4 days to detrmin they did not know who to do the job. The owner hides behind a 2 way mirror, and tells his emplyies its against store policy. This place is a dog and pony show. They will be out of biz soon.
