DEMAND ALL RECEIPTS AND DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT ONE. IF THEY GIVE AN EXCUSE (which they Will), DEMAND IT AGAIN. They use computers and printers, there is NO reason to not get one. They will do they best not to give you one. They Defraud you and make excuses not to give you a receipt to hide it. You will leave the store and thats when you start losing. Trust me. They LIE LIE LIE LIE They are Dishonest salespersons. They will lie you into a payment plan without disclosing any information. I asked the questions, I heard their answers. Turns out EVERYTHING they said was a lie. First off, Smartpay lease, they dont tell you the Lease part, is TERRIBLE!!! The salespersons say its a payment plant but Smartpay Lease is buying the phone and you are Leasing it from them. You are Renting The phone from them. what they didnt tell me. If you want to pay for the phone in full After taking the lease, its an automatic 20% fee Added to the cost. the payment plans for the Galaxy S7 I bought was 11 payments of $95.xx (equals about $1053 for a $649.99 Phone). The sales person told me, on 3 various vists (2 recorded)) that I would only pay...... Quasim "about 6 payments of $95.xx" Aspan "11 payment of about $45" Both stories are different, both were false. Do not trust this Authorized Dealer. The phone plans are just fine, but you will be defrauded when buying a phone on a payment plan. They wouldnt give me a receipt for the Smartpay either. Said to check my Email for it.... Thanks when I found all of this out. Freaking LOW LIFES! they are really a piece of work. Today, a different day, I found out the plan I bought for my sister was upgraded without permission
