If I could give this store a zero rating I would. I went into the store to upgrade my wifes phone, and the representative was just shady. He was unclear in his answers to my questions, and was generally unhelpful and seemed confused. When I finally got to the point where I was ready to move forward and do the upgrade, he started skipping by the contact language that I was supposed to be reading before signing and wanted me to sign things without reading. At this point, I finally had enough and said that I was walking and not moving forward with the upgrade. Unfortunately, thats not the end of the story. It turned out that this guy had made changes in my account without my permission, including adding insurance coverage that was never even discussed, before I had finalized the upgrade. Because of this, my wife lost all of the visual voice mail that she had stored on the device, I spent hours on the phone with AT&T customer support, and it took 3 days to revert my account back to the point where it was before I walked into the store. To their credit, AT&T customer support was helpful and gave me a free month of service (value $139) due to the incident, but what the representative did in the Ridgeway store in Stamford is inexcusable, and I will never step foot in that location again.

Recently went here to upgrade my phone, The salesman signed me up for protections plans and cloud storage WITHOUT my permission. He didnt even ask me about them. I found out a few days later when I got an email saying I was signed up and how to take advantage. Store Number bounces you to AT&T customer support hotline so I have to physically go to the store just to cancel my protection plan that I didnt want in the first place.

This store is a joke. They leave customers aimlessly standing around waiting in no order. Ive been to other AT&T stores where they give you a number as soon as you walk in. When you finally talk to a worker they arent professional and dont seem like they really know whats going on.

Service rep named Dennis Schmeiler assisted me in my I Phone purchase and he was very, very competent. Transaction was completed in record time.
