This guys are liars. On april 2017 T-mobile had a promotion 4 lines for 160$ unlimited. Price to high for me. They told that if I sign for this plan they will adjust the price for 120 per month and refund activation fees and refund 50$ for phone purchased there. After receiving first 160$ bill came to the store and ask for adjustment and refunds. Was told "come next week and we will do everything". Came next week and was told the same BS. After month called to T-mobile customer service and they told me that bill adjustment is not possible and probably I misunderstud something. Finally didnt get a penny back and switch to Cricket. Lost a lot of money thanks to these liars. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY TO YOU. Ask for everything to be written on a paper and you will save a lot of money and nurves.

I was referred to this T-mobile store by a friend as she had a great experience with an employee named Rahul. I went to this store a couple of months back and bought a new phone from Rahul. He was very very helpful in setting up my new phone and answering all of my questions (I had many) regarding the phone itself and T-mobile service. I did not feel rushed at all. Even after the purchase I had more questions and I have called the store a few times and Rahul has always helped me a lot. This has been a very refreshing and good experience and I would be referring more friends/family to this store and to Rahul !!

Customers beware they will tell you anything that you want to hear in order for you to sign up they promised you paying off your previous bill when meanwhile they cant cover anything they do not cover Smartwatch switch overs only phone reimbursement no bills no nothing but they will tell you that theyll cover anything you need stay away Im $800 deep and still have open balances

Came here and waited a good while because the two workers were giving some customers their utmost attention, which I dont mind. Afterwards, walked out with a couple of products at a cheaper price than what was offered to me over the phone with T-Mobile customer service!
