Verizon Wireless Zone on Elm Street in New Canaan has excellent service aways there for you when you need help with your phone or wireless network. Verizon offers new phones for competitive prices but where Verizon beats the rest is their wireless service deals. Verizon is offering a special monthly price that beats other carriers with much better reception. They include unlimited talk text including international and unlimited data for less than other carriers. Verizon sold my father his iPhone with the best service in town for one low price. When I had a problem a highly skilled tech was there for me immediately addressing my issue with finesse. Verizon Wireless Zone is a small store with personalized service located conveniently for easy access on a beautiful brick pedestrian street with flowers growing in planters outside. Verizon Wireless Zone is different from ordering online due to their in person highly trained customer service and excellent technical advice able to repair or address any problem. Verizon wireless zone has the best prices in town as well as the best prices for talk text and data nationwide often unavailable online. I highly recommend Verizon Wireless Zone for service and exceptional performance you wont find elsewhere. Verizon Wireless Zone in New Canaan is the best with everyone in the area switching to Verizon from other services because Verizon is the absolute best :-)

I came to the Wireless Zone store this past Friday with some issues with my Samsung s4 not holding a charge. The Verizon Rep Justin was able to get my phone going again but he also was able to get me into a newer Samsung with a bigger screen and better camera which I love. He was very patient with me and helped transfer my information from one phone to another as well as assisting with Bluetooth in my car. He is an asset to the company and I will continue to shop at the wireless zone in new Canaan in the near future.

My experience with Mr. Kodie was simply amazing. His professional conduct and knowledge of the Verizon products off the charts. He is extremely detailed, patient and informative. If you have a teaching model it should be called Mr. Kodie. I highly recommend him for some response from Verizon corporate. I will also recommend him and his store and team to as many people as I can, which includes all my friends and family.

I came into the store with issues with my Motorola Droid not receiving email or charging properly. The Sales Associate Justin was able to fix my email issue and get me into a new Samsung phone and lowered my bill by about $10. He was very patient with me and setup my email, contacts, and pictures as well as the Bluetooth in my vehicle. He even helped with downloading the Uber App i needed for work. Great Job!!!!

They will charge you more then they should....phone cases are over priced and they arent even a real Verizon location...I would be extremely careful when you shop here for Cell phones...corporate locations arent far and much more worth it! And you wont feel like you are leaving being robbed $50+ dollars for phone cases? Amazon has the same exact ones for half the price!!!

The manager Joe was extremely helpful in advising me about a new phone. Also, he was VERY patient because of my indecision. I returned to the store more than once and Joe was kind enough to work with me and spend a lot of time in helping me transfer to my new phone. The best verizon store in CT hands down. I had troubles with my phone for about a month. The second i walked in the door simon was very respectful and helpful. He fixed my phone to its working order and did an amazing job. Huge shout out to him and that verizon store for all there help. Defently the only verizon store im going to from now on.
