I could not vouch for this place enough. Seriously. Verizon products are verizon products. Nothing you can really do there. This store has a great selection of phones, devices, and accessories. But that is not where it shines. The staff here really makes is worthwhile. The store manager (as well as the rest of the employees) are amazing. The usual "they are nice" and "they know the products" is certainly true but it is more than that. Here are some examples of what I mean: I bought a galaxy s7 a few weeks ago. Looking at my bill after, I realized there were some issues with it. I went in the store to see if the staff could help me get to the bottom of it and they sat on the phone with me as we called verizon and helped get things resolved. They didnt have to do this. I wasnt buying anything in the store at the time. They did this because they knew I was a customer in the past and wanted to help me. Couple weeks later: Long story short, I didnt have my phone and I needed one. I walked into the store and asked for help. The staff set me up with a temporary phone, free of charge, and backed it up with all of my contacts. The basic point here is that these are nice, smart people who will do common sense things to get you what you need. No bureaucracy. No BS. Unfortunately, this is refreshing these days. Give these people your business. Build a relationship. You wont regret it.

If there were more stars to give Paul, Mike and Hope I would surely give them. The level of service is by far the best I have ever experienced...OUTSTANDING!!! When I walked in there on Friday to seek assistance with my company issues phone, I was very frustrated. All it took to make my entire WEEK was seeing Hopes smile and hear her say "dont worry, we will take care of this by the time you leave..." Between her and Paul they sure as heck got me working again. After just 10 minutes I felt like I was talking with friends I had know for a long time; it was absolutely awesome. Went back today to return a loaner phone and met Mike, wow, another outstanding guy. All of those five star reviews and commentary are true. You HAVE to go there whenever you have a need. Thank you Paul, Mike and specially Hope. You have a customer for life in me!

I was thinking of upgrading from a galaxy S6 to an S8 or S8+ (have been with Verizon Wireless for over 20yrs) so I went into this Verizon wireless store to check out the pricing etc Hope McDonaugh greeted me with her very bright smile & exlained the details of both phones etc. She & the manager Mike Herrera worked out a great deal for me on the S8 (trading in my S6) including my service Hope setup my new S8 by migrating all my apps (165), also my 2 email accounts & Bluetooth & android auto in my car This is the place to go if you are thinking of switching your cell service to Verizon or upgrading your phone I found it best to go there during the week during the business hours as there are less customers If you go there say DWB CPA sent you

From the very first time I walked into this store I was taken back by the incredible amount of care, knowledge and experience Hope gave to me and showed me. She has such a wonderful sweet way about her and because of her is the reason I will not go to any other store! Everyone I encountered at this very convenient location were so kind , friendly and most of all professional! HOPE ROCKS and I adore her!!!! I will refer my clients and friends to her!!! I visited this store on 8/14/16 & 8/18/16. I ordered a new phone with Hope. She was delightful to work with and she was very helpful in aiding me to select a phone that would be perfect for me. I appreciated the input from the other employees about my choice. The transaction was seamless and it was an extremely pleasurable experience shopping at this particular store. The crew is great, upbeat and I witnessed them being very understanding and patient with people who were a bit technologically challenged. All in all it was a wonderful experience, and close to home! I have had a Verizon plan phone for many years and this is the ONLY Verizon store that I have been 100% happy with. Mike and Hope have helped me out so much. They answered all of my questions and always get me the best deal. They are kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They make you feel very welcome in their store. I have recommended this store to my friends and they have thanked me endlessly after going there. They agreed that this Verizon store is the best one they have been at. Hope saved me. First got a iPhone 7Plus phone at GC train station Apple Store that ultimately stopped working, issue with the microphone on the phone. No support setting it up. Returned the phone to the Apple Store and went straight to see Verizonwireless. Hope set up the phone, mirror imaged my 6s, set up the phone for me, infact I went home for dinner and 45 minutes later I returned and the phone was ready. Should have gone there in the first place. Lesson learned!

This store is great! Very helpful staff -- Ive been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and Mike recently informed me I was eligible for an additional workplace discount saving me additional $ on my monthly bill. They took the time to speak with us about options, pros/cons of purchasing a new phone. They are interested in what is best for the customer not their wallet. Easy to work with...highly recommend visiting this store - easy in and out, lots of parking.

These guys are awesome !!! they take care of everything you need and dont just try to rush you out the door, they will make sure you understand what the problem and solution is and will go many lengths to make you happy. These guys are very knowledgeable in Verizon issues and all phone issues. I highly recommend anyone with Verizon problems come see these guys they will make your day ,Guaranteed!!! Mike is so knowledgeable and courteous which made it easy for me to decide what phone to change over to. His patience in explaining everything was really appreciated. Hope then took over and did a great job of helping me set up what I requested. She too was patient with my technologically challenged mind. The location of this store is very convenient and has onsite parking right in front...a bonus! Great staff and store.

Verizon on 290 Hope St., Stamford, CT 06906. Quick and easy. Helpful. The employee named Hope was kind explain things thoroughly and gave me her full attention even though there was a customer waiting behind. She told them should be with them in just a moment . And then waited till I was thoroughly satisfied before I left. Surprisingly great experience. Hope its a wonderful employee. I dont know her last name Im sorry
