Do not ever step in to this store, they know absolutely nothing at all. They will lie to you completely to make a sale because they have no idea what goes on in the companies background and they will ask you for all of your information and even make you write down your social security number to do anything for you. Just an overall terrible experience and I hope they go out of business very soon.

terrible store, they change your plan without asking you. I totally agree with Bryan Federiein. DONT GO TO ANY "ATT authorized store" !!!! They even lied to me that the sale tax is not refundable after i cancelled my phone order. Go to a ATT cop. store guys !!!

Buyer BEWARE! This store is sketchy!! The manager and her son made up a fake invoice stating they credited my credit card, when they didnt. Also, charged us double for insurance on our four lines. STAY AWAY!
