Amazing customer service. The staff Doug Doyle, Lee LaLuna and store manager Anthony DePasquale are positively terrific. I actually have been in this store twice in the past few months from my hometown of Providence, RI. Our Verizon store in Providence has always been a disaster for customer service and knowledge. Your Verizon team in Rye, NY is top notch. Worth the drive here. You are lucky to have them. They go above and beyond the call of duty to answer questions and fix issues. Can you clone them and send the team to Providence. A dynamic trio. You should be proud to have them in the Verizon world. The Verizon store in Rye, NY made my life a breeze, thanks to Lee and Doug. Though it was a smaller store, thats exactly what made the difference. The personalized touch. No waiting... yes, I said no waiting - incredible. I was looking to upgrade with a new phone, but I didnt have my pin #, so Lee called Verizon and directly took care of it. Then he loaded up my new phone as a carbon copy of my old - all right then and there. Later in the day when I returned home I needed help setting up my WiFi... and Doug was right there to walk me through. What a pleasure without wasting time and no stress. The phone works great !! Definitely worth the trip. Thanks guys.

Had an great experience at this Verizon, usually at cellphone stores you feel pressured into upgrading to the newest phones, but I felt like the man helping me was really trying to help me fix my phone rather then sell me a brand new one. They were also very knowledgeable about the plans, and helped me figure out the cheapest plan for me, and has since helped me with any further issues I have had! No other cellphone store has been this patient and helpful I give this store and Douglas 10 stars!!

I recently visited the verizon store located in Rye. I was very pleased with my experience. Specifically, with how Anthony Depasquale took care of me while I was there. He was very patient and was able to answer all the questions I had. He really focused on taking care of me and making sure I was satisfied with my plan and new purchase. I love this store !!!! The staff is extremely helpful!! Anthony Depasquale makes purchasing a new phone a pleasure. He is patient and no matter how busy the store may be makes you feel like youre the only customer there. He has never made me feel rushed or pressured. Anthony, the store manager and Doug have been in credibly helpful and patient in answering my questions. Most recently, my IPhone 6 would not recharge. The original phone replacement that was fedex d to me was the wrong model and didnt work. Anthony dealt with a couple of different tech support personnel, managed to transfer data to and operationalize the second fedexed phone. These guys really understand the concept of service!

I live in CT but go to this store because of the amazing customer service. The store is in a great location (food/shopping/coffee/etc.) and super easy to get to. I was having issues with my iphone 6s plus and I was directed towards Anthony Depasquale. He was very understanding and had a lot of patience. He answered every question I had for him and by the end of the visit he made sure I was pleased. I was very happy with the outcome. He made my experience one of the best ive had with verizon.
