been going to this store ever since it opened 4 years ago, Miss you Sunny as you were the only one for us and all our friends in all of Oysterbay,, WHY WHY WHY did you leave this store and oysterbay,,, we talk about you in school everyday,, these people suck at the store now ,, they have no clue what they are doing ,, WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE !!!!!!

Piss poor customer service I spent over three hundred dollars on an upgrade and accessories and they wouldnt replace a damaged twenty dollar USB cable tried to sell me another cable , will not recommend this store and will bad mouth it constantly !!
