This was not your average rainy Thursday. As I drove through a torrent of rain splashing my windshield and seriously inhibiting my vision, I saw "The Wireless Zone" out my rear view window. After making an immediate U-turn, I headed inside wearing socks with flip-flops to treat myself to a brand new iPhone 7 Plus (I mean, check out that beautiful candy apple red color). Anyways, the people here were very helpful, and made the 2 hour wait worthwhile. There was a large jar of jelly beans that I almost dipped into, but resisted. Talk about customer service! I decided to help out this nice people with a little social media marketing because they could tell I have several followers. I am excited to surf the web on this baby! If youre provider is AT&T, we can no longer speak. I dont trust those people.

Andrew was great. He helped with the millions of questions Ive thrown at him, the multiple phone calls, the visits into the store. Hes knowledgeable and incredibly patient. I bought the Google Pixel and had mentioned to him that the sound wasnt as loud as it was on my Samsung. A couple weeks later he called me telling me Google had a software update to fix this problem. I was incredibly impressed that he not only remembered that I told him about this issue but that he also remembered my name and went the extra step to call me to make me aware of the update. Andrew and his team are the best of the best! I have wanted to switch to Verizon for years but I was reluctant to subject myself to what I anticipated to be a miserable and long experience inside a cellular store. Boy was I wrong! Every member of the staff is attentive and upbeat. I dealt mostly with Andrew and he did a fantastic job of making my transition to Verizon easy and painless. He personally has replied to dozens of emails from me, and continues to go above and beyond. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service!

This was my 2nd time at this Verizon Wireless location and both times the manager, Andrew W, helped me out. He made buying a new phone a very easy and pleasant experience. He was very nice in helping me find all necessary accessories that I needed to go along with my new phone. All the staff at this location are friendly. Unfortunately this is an independent store Great job with getting a new phone but given the runaround when trying to replace it. Eventually had to call Verizon while in the store. Soured the experience at this store, getting even more frustrated as Fed Ex doesnt deliver at constant times to this store still waiting for replacement.The return was finalized pleasant interaction at the end just tough getting there

He asked the right questions, explained the answer in user friendly terms and was more than willing to explain some of the features I was unaware of. Although I live in Shelton, I will be sure to return to this outlet due the professionalism and assistance that I experienced.

Store Manager Andrew Wechter - He went above and beyond for me with my iphone and ipad purchase last month. He couldnt of been more helpful, honest and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and concerns and weighed all of my options and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. He was great!! TERRIBLE. Dont go here. They charge you fees that you wouldnt normally have to pay for if you went to a regular Verizon store. RUDE manager. Just stick with the real Verizon stores. These types of pop up Verizon stores have their own rules and can charge their own fees in addition to Verizons standard fees.

I have just finished working with Chris Capone at the Main Ave, Norwalk store. He was extremely helpful and, considering I hardly know how to switch on a phone, extremely patient. He kept the phone overnight, sorted out the problem and called me promptly the next morning. I would not hesitate to go back.

I broke my old phone and I went into this store kind of frantic but the guy there Andrew honestly made me relax and guide me through getting a new phone and transferring my stuff. I never had a good experience when dealing with cell phone stores, but this was different. Will definitely be back.

The general manager at this location has a superiority complex, I dont appreciate him and how he talks down to customers. Also they said my new plan would be 3 gigs, but I get overage emails from Verizon when I hit 2 gigs, checked my Verizon, they never upgraded me to the 3 gig plan. Thanks.

Customer service is always exceptional. Chris Capone made upgrading to a new phone and returning an old one trouble-free. He even packaged the old phone and put the return label on the package for me. All I had to do was drop it at a UPS location. I would highly recommend this Verizon Store.
