I went to this location today to upgrade my iPhone. I ended up walking out empty handed because I was frustrated with the unprofessionalism of the employees (including who I believe was the manager). First, the manager (again, I think) interrupted me mid-sentence while I was talking to an associate. Not only did he rudely interrupt, but it was to ask if the associate needed his waste bin emptied - super important stuff. The manager nor the associate helping me apologized. Later, the manager made a comment about how another associate (who I spoke with earlier) was "dumb". When I said "thats not very nice" he responded "well, its true." These interactions, as well as the general sense that no one really cared about providing good customer service lead me to leave and order my phone online instead.

The salesperson misinformed us about the release date of a new phone in order to sell us the three smartphones we walked out of the store with that day; keeping in mind the reps work on commission, I suppose the commission was more important than serving loyal Verizon customers for 13 years. That was a year ago & I felt no need to complain about it here. But, we were just told by a Verizon store in Vermont that the salesperson at the Brewster store (also the manager) sold us a bad plan, too-- at $60 more than the price the Verizon store in Vermont just told us we should have been offered originally. Choose another store.

I took my son in there to get him a phone. The salesperson was great!!! He helped me find a phone that wasnt too expensive, but allowed my son to have a "cool" phone. He also explained the plan, insurance and features not only of the Env 3 that I got him, but the other phones we looked at. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for Verizon Cell service. Great place. Thank you for all the help!!!

My whole family switched over from AT&T to Verizon because my brother is overseas so to dramatically decrease our bill we all got Blackberries so we could use the Black Berry Messanger and SKYPE feature. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with my parents who had never used a PDA before. I had an awesome experience, we all love our Blackberries and love keeping in touch with my brother!

I just switched my Business from Sprint to Verizon, this store was highly recommended to me. I had 20 phones that I needed to switch over during the course of several weeks which should be tedious but wasnt at all a hassle. Katie the Manager and Tim and Joe were all very helpful in helping us switch over data and pictures and setting up our email on every device. Highly recommend them!

Not once but twice Ive left this store completely irritated. I dont want to be told that I should just go on amazon and buy a battery or have my sanity questioned when I explain that yes ... I believe its the phone since all 3 of the charges I have tried do not work. Contract up soon - will not renew w Verizon .

5 stars! I am never disappointed when I leave this store. I have 5 smartphones on my account and I have been going to see Katie for the past 2 years.. She is great! Always smiling and willing to help. I recommend this store to everyone I know with Verizon.

Scumbags. I had these guys move contacts and activate a phone, they took it upon themselves to add a data plan to a standard phone without my permission. I had to call verizon to have the plan removed. Watch out for these snakes people.

My 60-year-old handicap sister went to the store with a six-year-old flip phone that no longer worked. She obviously was due for an upgrade. The result, she was charged $167 for another flip phone . Really!!!

The staff is always thorough and knowledgeable. They have been able to help me every single time, and I have been using them for years. Today, PJ helped me to file a claim to replace my lost phone.
