BAD... TERRIBLE... WORST Experience at this store, and I have been to a lot of TMobile stores, I have had Tmobile for over 10 years. Amar the owner is a liar and a cheat, I had to call corporate tmobile. Corporate tmobile gave me hundreds of dollars back. This owner Amar is an indecent person....simple as that.... I have refrained from using more harsh and vulgar language about this guy Amar the owner

Susana is unbelievably. I switched over 7 lines. Each line had a different set of obstacles. My kids who were still away at college. My mother and sister who needed help setting up phone and downloading apps. Who wanted new phones? Who wanted their old phones? Me with all my billing questions. Susana did it all with a smile. She knew the answer or where to find it for us. I highly recommend her.

Probably the best, most well run T-MOBILE store within a 20 mile radius. The most pleasant and knowledgeable staff and they dont try to pull any tricks. Straightforward with an outstanding GM , I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the staff here.I visit other T-mobile stores and have never met another store friendlier or more helpful then this one. NO GAMES NO NONSENSE. Best T-MOBILE store hands down.

Amar was awesome!!! We came in 10 minutes before the store closed and he said that it was no problem for us to still purchase our phones 3 as a matter of fact. He was very professional and patient with us. He setup our phones and send over all our data including helping my wife set up her emails that she forgot her passwords. Amar is a great asset to your company.

Everyone in this store was amazing. I would never go to corporate retail again. They spent so much time with me. I was really overwhelmed at the thought of learning a new phone, but they answered every question I had, which was a lot. They invited me back with any questions at all. Or just to learn some new features. Thank you!!!

Went here to upgrade my phone after mine broke while on vacation. Very pleasant experience until we left and I got a text message telling me that they had enrolled me in the jump plan and added a New York insurance to my phone (even though I dont live in the state of New York) without my knowledge.
