Went to the Mobile Rescue store after jumping around two 4 Verizon stores to fix my girlfriends galaxy s5. The camera lenses was cracked and she wanted to fix it. She was told it would cost $49, but they would give her a price cut. After 45 min the phone was finished. She paid $43 to reciever her phone with the touch screen not working. After a moment it began working. We left and I insisted to try out the camera. The camera was not focusing. During my inspection of the job performed by Mobile Rescue I could see Visible Dust and glass Chip particles. Went back to the store to resolve the issue. The guy looked puzzeled and begain to tell my girl friend that she left glass under the lense. How can she do it if she camer here to get it fix and you guys performed the repair? After his inspection and taking it behind the store he removed the glass particles and handed her the phone it worked, but 15 min later it began acting up again. I also was interested in purchasing a "refurbished" device that they had. They wanted to charge me $80 for a used iPhone 3G that is and 8GB model. The phone had dings, wear and scratches on the screen. He could not match the price of an even $40 with me And told me hell loose money at that price. Dude its a 7 year old phone not even close to mint condition. Will never take my wallet to that store again for repairs or purchases. I dont cat about the buying phone issue, its about the service. Its a "Certified Rescue Technician" and with in 15 min of the finished product we went back In 3times with issues And all because of a $50 piece of glass. Such a rip off. Take you money else where people.

iPhone 6s Camera Replacement - Absolutely Fantastic Service!! Cannot recommend this place enough!! Backstory: My iPhone 6s took a direct hit with a dumbell (yes dum!), I thought it was toast!! (An amazing testimony to Apple though, the phone survived!) After replacing the glass at the Genius Bar @ Apple though I noticed the rear facing camera was no longer working. Since this was where the phone sustained a direct hit it only made sense. After a call to Apple (without AfterCare and out of warranty) I was absolutely blown away to find out itd be $299 just to LOOK at the phone! Never mind parts/labor etc... after that. I thought it was done. New phone time. Enter Mobile Rescue!... I called these guys on a Friday and was absolutely blown away to here itd be less than $50 to fix!! Less than $50!! I went to the Federal Road location (they have other locations, inc. Danbury Mall) on Saturday, no GeniusBar appointment necessary! They were pretty quite and a technician by the name of Jaer took care of the phone on the spot! Absolutely amazing! Hand-on-heart cannot recommend this place (and Jaer) enough! He proceeded to replace the camera in front of my very eyes! Extremely proficient, efficient and precise! Literally 20 minutes watching him work and we were done! $46 nchange for a new rear-facing iPhone 6s camera replacement. Before writing your phone off... honestly... bring it to these guys! I saw Jaer and will definitely vouch for this guys proficiency in repairing phones that to non-tech people would be considered absolutely toast.

I shattered the screen on my iPhone and a friend suggested I try Mobile Rescue. I called them and the person I spoke to was very nice. She asked what model and verified their inventory and ability to fix it before having me go there in person. She said they did have the necessary parts, that I could just stop in and it would take about an hour. I went down there that same day and was helped by Quiara, who was also the person I spoke to on the phone. She was AMAZING! Very nice, knowledgable and FAST. Just like she said, she had it fixed within an hour and the phone looked brand new! I would highly recommend Mobile Rescue to anyone and go see Quiara! Also, the price was more than fair - acutally better then I expected it would be!

My moto x had a small fall and the screen was destroyed. I stopped into mobile rescue and was told my screen would take a week to come in. I figured a phone repair business would have one in stock, especially since they have multiple locations. The young man then went to the back and came out 30 seconds later telling me it would cost $150, more than half the price of the phone. There was no list of prices, so he seemed to just make the number up out of thin air-very sketchy. I went next door to a competitor on Federal road and was told I could have the screen in 3 days at $110-about 25℅ cheaper. I dont leave many reviews, but I felt the public should know. Seek out other options before you do business here!

About 3 weeks ago, We went to the Danbury Mall location for help with our daughters rose gold IPhone 6s...Barbara was so nice and helpful! Long story, short, We needed a whole screen replacement as well as the battery. Unfortunately, she didnt have the white screen in stock at the mall so she called ahead for us to the Federal Rd store and we went there. We were helped out by Erin, knowledgeable and sweet too! People will take the time to complain but rarely take the time to give a compliment. Anyway, You have a great team at your stores. - thank you! **

I dropped my phone in a puddle and cracked the screen. I stopped by mobile rescue after doing some google research. I walked in and i was immediately helped. The staff was kind and very helpful. I left my phone there and took off to lunch. After about 30mins I recieved a call and was told my phone is ready for pick up! Not having your cell phone in this era will make you feel disconnected !lol but the thanks for to the staff for having me back and running in no time! one happy customer here!! thanks

My IPad was not working properly, went to the Apple store, which they quickly tried to sell me a new one, without even looking at mine. Then, went to Mobile Rescue on Federal Rd, they said it was my LCD, which would cost $119.00. I agreed for them to fix it. They called me after opening my IPad, to tell me it was a loose connection and the cost would be $29.00. I am extremely impressed with their expertise and their honesty. I would highly recommend this place for any kind of repair on electronics!

I do not usually write reviews. However, in this case, a RAVE review is not only warranted but required. My iPad worked perfectly until I upgraded to the newest IOS operating system at which point the iPad died out of the blue. The Genius Bar at Apple in NYC pressed a few buttons and told me the only recourse was to buying a new device. Before spending $320 I took the iPad to Mobile Rescue in Danbury when visiting my parents. In one hour and $40 later the iPad works perfectly. Ask for Gabe!!

Ordered a part on Monday, said itd be in by Saturday. Get a call Friday saying its in, but when i arrive they tell me it was a different order and itll be in by Sunday. They dont have the part until Wednesday and when i get there its the wrong size and wrong color for my phones camera. The staff was always nice and i did get a refund but i doubt they looked at or thought about my order for more than 2 seconds and they werent very communicative.
