Sorry, but this place is a hot mess. I will start at the beginning. My phone just stopped working (which has happened to me before). After going through the proper precautions of factory resetting the phone and all, T-Mobile Customer Service said they would send out a new (refurbished) phone but that it would take 17 days to get it. I have them place the order but also call LG only to realize that their process wouldnt get me my phone much sooner. So I wait. About a week and a half without a phone my dad calls the T-Mobile Customer service to see if the phone has been delivered. They check the UPS tracking number and it says that it had been signed and delivered (to this location). My dad calls this location to make sure and the manager says they dont have it. So my dad calls back T-Mobile to tell them that they said they didnt have it. T-Mobile Customer Service calls this location and gets basically hung up on so they (Customer Service) go ahead and get another phone in route to go directly to my house instead of the store. The following day after all this has taken place, this location calls back and says that they have the phone. Little did anyone know, that when the most recent phone was ordered that the one that was supposed to be at the store already was cancelled. So when I got to the store, they couldnt process it in their system and T-Mobile Customer Service couldnt undo the cancellation they had place on it. So the phone that had arrived to the store was basically unusable and they had to send it back. Then they were trying to give me a loaner phone that night but the loaner program didnt start until the following day, so the plans I had made that night had to be cancelled because I was still without a phone and needed navigation. I had my loaner for about a week or so and came back on a Sunday. Since the loaner was a new program, the people working did not know how to process my loaner return. They said I could come in the following day, Monday during the managers hours which started at 8am (I later realized that the store didnt even open until 10am anyway.) I arrive at 9:30 and one of the employees let me in but proceeded to tell me the manager was not in because she thought it was going to snow. (There is a thing called checking the weather.) So, I had to come back on my lunch break. That went fine (although took a little bit) and I FINALLY got my replacement up and running and exchanged my loaner. I am not here to hate or bash this location but I am just simply stating that I think the staff could have definitely been more knowledgable and had better customer service. One guy did offer me a $5 credit on the bill but that doesnt balance out the total amount of times I had to drive to that store OR the service that we were paying for when I didnt have a phone at all. I didnt appreciate their lack of a sense of urgency when they knew I was on my lunch break and still proceeded to chat and move a bit slowly on my last visit. The manager even had to call other stores to ask how to do something. Simply having better customer service probably could have made the experience a lot better. Next time I am just gonna save my time and go to the one in the Kohls Plaza.

Absolutely terrible store and the manager is an ignorant rude disrespectful twirp who tried to threaten and intimidate me. And T mobile is the absolute worst. They sent my daughter a replacement phone that had parts missing and a third party battery and when it eventually died they sent a phone to replace that one that almost immediately started overheating and draining battery . The customer service reps have no idea what they are talking about and constantly misinform and lie.

agree with other posts... management there not only is not helpful, but tried to sell me a new phone when Samsung offered other and better options to resolve my problem. The phone is 6 months old. The store manger said there was a problem with the model of my phone and I needed to buy (at full cost) a new one. Samsung said an easy fix and directed me to the kiosk at Best Buy .Some of the employees are fine, but the culture at the Store is not friendly and not helpful.

I have been here several times and I think the culture of the store is very "eh whatever". It does not seem like you need a background or special skill set to work there. No rush or hustle to help customers and when any issues arise they have never been solved just told to buy a new phone. It is just not a helpful store. If you have actual questions, concerns, or need guidance or help, find another place.
