Ok! Normally I do not post any negative remarks unless I am pushed to this point, and now we have been pushed so bad that I will write this remark and also share to social network. My girlfriends iphone 6 plus screen had cracked a couple weeks ago so I called mobile rescue in Norwalk and asked if they can fix the screen. They had told me if I can get down within 20 minutes they can fix and had the screen in stock. Less then 10 minutes later I arrived and was told that they locked the screens up and they were going home for the night to return the next day. We did and had the new screen installed and also purchased a life proof case. Well later that day the phone was getting real hot and the microphone stopped working, also the life proof case does not work with our credit card swipe machine, so we called and they said no problem that they would take care of it after we came back from vacation. Now they do not want to honor the case. All we wanted to do was exchange for another and the boy working behind the desk said that it isnt his problem and will not take it back. So being without a phone for a week because of their mistake for improperly installing the glass, they couldnt even let us exchange what doesnt work for us. Thank you we will never use your devices again

I decided not to have them work on my phone after they asked me for my IPhone 6 pass code in order to be able to work on my phone. When I said I wouldnt give it to them and started to walk away, they changed their story and said that they did not need the password after all. I could not trust them after that in addition to their inflated prices. NEVER TRUST anyone that asks for access to your personal data, whatever reason they may give you.

What a great place! Not only did they diagnose and fix my power problem for my IPhone6 quickly and accurately, but the additional knowledge Gabe was willing and able to share was a great plus. Add to this NOT having to endure the wait and crowds ( and trip) to the Apple Store AND the fact they they accomplished it all for less. Highly recommend making this your first ( and likely only ) stop!

They did not honor what they told me on phone. My screen was repaired and did not work. They also told me the would exchange my case after a day realizing it does not fit my needs, but changed their minds when I arrived to store. Also I was lied to about time frame of phone repair and drove out for nothing. I would not use this place again and do not recommend anyone at all to use them.

Friendly staff and quick service. My iphone was repaired in about 10 min and they even set me up with a case and tempered glass for an awesome deal. I had a few extra questions and they took the time to help me with that too. Highly recommended
