this store totally screwed me. louis may have been the guys name. the one who dealt with me there. i went in there knowing exactly what i wanted. the new iphone6 with 64gb and for the discounted price of the phone with a new two year contract. i was told that is what i was getting. it all seemed to go so smoothly. but in the end they either blatantly lied to me or just had no idea what they were doing and i was too trusting. i wound up with the phone for full price and no contract extension. this after explicitly explaining what i wanted and being told that that was what i was getting. never go to this store. go somewhere else. anywhere. but i will say verizon customer service via online was very helpful and straightened everything out for me.

Worst experience here. I came in for a promotion that I was told I was eligible for on the phone and the second I stepped foot in the door Natalie insisted that the promo had ended the night before. I called Verizon back and was assured that the promo was still on for another 2 days but Natalie and her co-worker were useless and didnt even attempt to look into it. They were perfectly fine with losing our business after 18 years of service. I then drove to the other Verizon location down the road and was welcomed and received the promotion that I was promised and I ended up walking out with my new phone! Dont ever go into this store if those two are working.

If it I could give zero stars, I would. This Thursday Dec 15th at 6:50 PM I went to this store in Norwalk to have my phone serviced. I know its the holiday season and there are people waiting ahead. I was told there was one person ahead of me and I was next on the waiting list. I saw the person ahead get served them leave. No one approached me. Some person walked in and went right up to the service table and was helped. What happened to the LIST? After one half hour I told them I could not wait anymore. Please take me off your list. No apology. Just an excuse.

BEWARE- This store staff is clearly incentivized to lie to you. Twice we came in for phone upgrades and were mislead about promotion deals and walked out only to find later that they had caused huge excess costs, issues and hours on the phone with Verizon Customer Service- - that Verizon Corporate cannot solve. This a clear pattern. Read the chain of reviews here. Dont trust anything they say, no matter how "helpful" they act.

The sales people dont know the products, everyone I have dealt with goes to someone else for help. They never pick up their telephones when you call the store, and you are forced to go to the store and wait more than an hour. I have now been to the store four times and they refuse to acknowledge the phone is defected. Stay away from this store and Verizon in general.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. The sales people messed up the order and had no idea how to fix it (including the manager). Being over charged now by 140 dollars. Keep calling them and getting the run around. Issue has been going on for over a month and still have not resolved my issue. Do not go to this store.
