Very good staff. Rebecca G. is outstanding. Couple of weeks ago I went to exchange a phone I bought online. She helped us by pointing out that I overpaid for a phone on Verizon website and that I had an outdated, more expensive plan. When she needed help from her colleagues with a couple of things that they had more experience with they very gladly took over. Ive rarely seen teamwork like I did that night. Thank you Rebecca and colleagues. I appreciate your help and most of all, your generous attitudes in your work. Your managers should be proud. Jimmy A.

These people are liars and thieves. They tell you one thing to make a sale and say there wont be a charge for it, but then it comes up on the bill and when you ask them about it they say they dont remember ever telling you that. All they care about is their commission and will tell you anything to scam you into buying stuff. Now Im stuck in a two year contract for something I never wanted in the first place. I will never go to this place again, they are terrible people.

This place is hot or cold. Either the salesman is right on you or you can expect to be completely ignored. I was once in here for a half hour before being acknowledged.
