I went to this Verizon store w/the understanding it was a full service Verizon store. My 4S phone was not powering up properly and I needed a new phone. We were told the 5s phone w/16meg was $150. I left the store expecting that the rest of my contract was the same except for an extension of my contract. Despite every indication this was a corporate owned store, Ive since been charged $600.00 for the $150 phone and am told that I signed a Verizon Edge agreement switching my phone from a 2 yr contract to a terminable at will.On the 17th day after the transaction we received a new bill with a $25.00 per month charge for 24 months. Ive just spent an hour w/Verizons customer service number to no avail since this was not a Verizon corporation store and though we only were aware of the change now, the 14 day cancellation period is over. Now Im stuck w/an extra $450 fee. This is either incompetence or a bait and switch operation.

Hi,I visit the Verizon Store on 561Connecticut Ave Norwalk,to get my old old LG Lucid phone) fix .They check the phone and gave me the option for the new phone. i end up with New Sam Galaxy phone.I am so Happy. RAJ Sahni(Store manager) and Luis are very helpful and Cooperative . they set up my new phone with all my contact no and some new applications . They show me all the good feature for the phone and now its very easy for me to use my new phone . and they promise if i have any question about the phone they help me out any time.************* I wish I can put 10 STAR for Raj & Luis

I was greeted by the only sales representative in the store, he asked if i needed help while assisting a customer, i wanted a car charger for my phone, he pointed to it, but the case was locked. The representative made me wait 1 hour to do a 1 min sale, i told him i used a demo tablet to write a bad review of his bussness, he got defensive , i walked out went into best buy accross the street, was helped by a sales representative and was in and out of the store in 3 min.

Tarin, Louis and Brandon are experts in Telecommunictions. These guys go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. I stumbled upon this store after refusing to wait another 45 minutes at other stores in the area. I was helped immediately and with stellar service. This location can be easy to miss, so if you are near Burger King or Dunkin they are right there! They have made a loyal customer and big fan.

I had an issue with my Note 5 head phone port. I called Verizon and spoke with a salesman named Louis and told him what was happening with my phone. He listen and gave me his advise and need less to say I ended up coming to the Verizon store and I was very happy with his attention to detail and service. Louis thank you for Excellent Service. You made a bad day turn into a happy evening. Thank you to Taran as well.

One of the best experiences ever! Luis and Brandon were absolute dolls! They were both very knowledgeable and patient! They were do not rush you out of the store, but rather take their time, and explain the operation of the phone fully. Excellent customer service! Brandon was phenomenal, he upgraded my phone to a Droid Turbo and I got a hotspot. On top of the great bundle deal he was able to save me money on my bill!!!!
