It began when I ordered my iPhone 6 and found a new number magically appear on my familys plan a short time later. Not necessary, Ive had my number for over 10 years and would like to keep it. A month later the phone arrived and was placed on the correct line. While picking up I felt it opportune to do a free upgrade for my wifes phone, still on her familys plan at the time. With the insurance plan also applied, I found myself calling the insurance company not too long after, only to find out there was no plan on my wifes line and so I canceled a policy on some other line before I incur more charges on what might be a non-existent line again. As it turned out it was my mother in laws line which I have now memorized and the insurance has since expired due to my "voluntary removal." Contact with the store has made no effort to fix their mistake.

After a horrendous experiece at the Route 110 verizon store in Huntington Station, I swore I would never set foot in that store again. The employees were rude and incompetent. Client Service did not exist. They never sent me my receipt from ordering my I phone 6. As a result, my order for my I-Phone 6 disappeared and I had to reorder the phone and wait an extra week. Needing to activate my phone, I tried the Verizon store on Main street in Huntington village. WHAT A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HELL AND HEAVEN. Sam was most helpful and patient. He took the time to answer my questions and actually cared that he was providing me with the best client experience that I could have. I will only use this store in the future and Ssam shoutd be promoted and is an asset to your organization. ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE LIKE HIM Thank you, Dominic Provenzano

The experience I had recently attire Huntington Verizon store was exceptional. This was entire Lydia to the salesman Tom M. He was ,for a neophyte like me, patient and helpful. He gave me his undivided attention for a lengthy period of time. He answered all of my questions and was very clear in his explanations. I had to spend an appreciable amount of time learning about my new IPhone and he was, and I repeat very patient. He was personable and friendly and a terrific representative of the business. I am very appreciative of the fact that I can call him if I need additional help. He is to be commended for his business accumen and professionalism..

Ive been in many different Verizon stores and Ive never received the level of service that Ive received from the store in the Huntington Village. Its a very welcoming and comfortable store and they even have chairs for me to sit in! Ive been dealing specifically with Jake; Hes very knowledgable and personable. Anytime I have a problem he has been very patient with me and been able to provide me with a resolution and I leave more comfortable with my phone everytime. I have and would definitely continue to refer business to him!

Concerned about losing 3000 pictures, Drew spent more than 2 hours figuring out how to save the most important docs to me. he was patient , knowledeable and committed. For a really good time with your new phone - dont call / GO- see JAKE at the Huntington Verizon store. Omg seriously. This dude is so helpful and patient. He set up everything. Found me a discount through my account with Verizon on my purchase. He set up the email and all the other cr*p that you need to have work on your phone that is a pain in the Hoo ha - to deal with. Totally helpful / and professional.

After hours and even days trying to fix, transfer and upload my phone in 2 different locations , I came to Huntington Verizon where Jake took care of EVERYTHING In a matter of minutes. Jake and the entire team at this Verizon makes it such an easy process. The last Verizon I went to needs customer service lessons from these guys. Theyre nice, efficient, attend to your needs and explain things where if youre not a tech junkie, you still understand whats going on. My Verizon email account has been messed up for at least 6 months. I have spent many frustrating hours on the phone with Apple and Verizon with no results. I have bought all my phones here in the last few years and I know why. I came in today because my phone wouldnt load even though it was on. They spent 1 hour trying to fix my problem. No other store would come close to giving me this service.
