the customer service is horrible, they lie and are very rude to you. I called to ask if they had the iPhone 5 after going to another store and them not having it. they said yes and we got there in less the 5 min and they were sold out the guy said he just sold the last one. WTF he sold it in the last 4 min. so either he never had the phone or he was selling it while we called and he lied. horrible

Short,dark skinned,longer haired punjab guy, has no customer service skills whatsoever ( i did not get a hello, or not even I will be with you momentarily, he looked at me when I walked in and thats it) !!!! I dont recommend this place to anyone.

The customer service in this store is horrible. Nitesh and Vivian are extrememly rude. It is not owned by T-Mobile. Go to the store on Unqua Rd. and Sunrise Hwy. instead, it is owned and operated by T-Mobile.

Terrible management. I went in there trying to get a new phone and the manager was very rude and utterly useless. I had to call 611 to figure out what to do. Manager has longish hair brown skinned about 58.

i highly recommend this T-Mobile! The manager short hair skinny guy named Nitesh was amazing! i bought a phone and he helped set it up for me.. I will be back soon for the iphone7 =]

Id highly recommend this place. I opened up a new account with t-mobile (6 lines from verizon) customer service is at its best. Really appreciate Managers work.

this place sucks. theyre not helpful. they give you incorrect information. this is a third party tmobile retailer. go to a corporate tmobile retailer.
