Do not trust these guys with fixing your Verizon phone. I went in with my phone that is still under my 2 year contract and asked to see their IT guy because my voicemail notification wasnt going away after I cleared my inbox. Rather than fix the problem, or even do a search to see how he could try to fix the problem, he messes with my notifications for all of my apps, then tries to sell me a new phone for $200+ (galaxy 6). I said Im not interested in buying a new phone as Im beyond broke. So he tells me how I can finance it. I reiterate that Im not interested in a new phone, I just want him to fix my current phone thats having a simple software glitch. He tells me its an old phone (galaxy S4) and cant be fixed. Well, after sitting down and checking out a few forums, I fixed it. These guys cant be trusted to do anything more than selling and up selling. I dont think Ill be renewing this contract.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Has a battery problem with my iPhone recently. So I took it Apple to get the battery repaired. Which I wouldnt have a problem since batteries do go bad. Apple opens the machine to find out that its third party parts inside the battery has been replaced and not original. Also the glass screen had been replaced. This was not done by me or Apple previously. Went to Verizon Corprate they said that this store is not an actual Verizon store but contracted out and are notoriously know for charging higher rates also using non original phone equipment.They are reselling refurbished phones and are charging people at a higher rate. They are also pretending to be a Verizon store. Stay away.

This is quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life...after being given a malfunctioning samsung galaxy s6 I was charged a restocking fee of $80...I Quickly called verizon wireless customer service department and was told they should not be charging me if the phone is malfunctioning. Omed the sales person was as helpful as possible but AMIT the manager was rude, condescending and foul mouthed. In the end Iwas forced to pay the fees because I was traveling the next day and was in desperate need of a mobile phone. I would rather slit my wrist than ever step foot in this store again...they financially and emotionally rape their customers!

I stopped into this location during my lunch break. Each representative rushed to help me with my issue. My fiancé had broken her phone and the screen wouldnt respond to touch. They looked up her account after I provided her information and where able to find a proper upgrade for a new phone. They were quick and I left very happy after a couple of accessory recommendations. They even alerted me on some possible account setting that could be changed to save some money. Id definitely recommend this location.

I was at The Verizon Syosset location All I can say is that Devi and Amit went above and beyond any Verizon Store including THE VERIZON CORPORATE STORES I had problem that entailed multiple phone calls a minimum of 20 they never gave up and they never showed any frustration. I highly recommend this location for doing any of your Witless or Fios Business. Way more then A++++ PBL
