I had always had a great experience at this store until I was helped by David. I needed a new phone and he sold us a package deal with direct TV and that completely ruined my account of over 20 years with At&t. He asked for all my information and apparently was able to get into my account without my authorization. The customer service reps at AT&T was appalled that he asked for all my info and was going into my account without my presences or permission. But, I was stupid enough to give all my info to him. It has been 4 months and I have yet been able to rectify or if ever recoup my old account based on what he did. He is one of those people who is dangerous with a little tech knowledge. I would not have given this review if it wasnt for the fact that I returned to the store recently to purchase a new phone for my father and I walked in with 2 gentlemen who followed after me. I stood right near David while he was helping someone else. David got up walked across the store and asked the other 2 gentlemen their name first and was not going to approach me to take my name if it werent for my walking into his path. I said nicely, that I walked in before the other 2 gentlemen and he acknowledged it. But yet the other 2 men was called before me making me 6th in line instead of 4th. I waited 2 hours, when I approach David and asked if I had to wait even though I was in the store before the other gentlemen he gave me a dumbfounded look and said "I just take names" if this is how they treat someone after screwing up their account than it is not worth it to deal with them. I never was rude to him to be treated this way. Buyers beware At&t stores are independent operators selling At&t products. Do not give out your private information if you do than you might as well hand over your wallet!

I have 2 ATT stores I go to, one near the office, where I browse & ask a few questions, and this one, where I purchase. I have waited each time I went, but it has often been around new iPhone release dates. The time was rarely as long as they suggested, and I had a salespersons undivided attention. One time he gave me different info than what I got somewhere else (he was right!) another time they steered me to a more appropriate and cheaper phone. It is a semi-small store, so it seems more crowded. (buying a phone is a family affair!). Because of the service, this has become my "regular" phone store.

buyers beware.... of this store. I was tricked to buying direct tv from this store and salesperson melissa, only to find out that it is now costing me 57.00 more. I called direct tv tonight and they were very nice at canceling my service without penalty after hearing what they did and lied about. They are now investigating the store on this matter. I thought this would be very helpful to anyone who goes into this store and they try to sell you direct tv.

Absolutely horrified with the treatment I received at this store. I was having difficulty understanding something in my contract and asked for clarification . The manager or owner spoke over me and when I began to question him, he told Me he did not have to help me or answer my questions. He suggested I call at&t. Totally obnoxious pompous idiot . I would recommend using any other location if you expect to be treated like a human.
