All of the sales representatives that I dealt with were terrible. They did not seem to know much, and in fact one gave me completely erroneous information on the service he was selling me. I was looking into a prepaid plan with their "mobile web," and I asked "will this service allow me to check my e-mail via the cell phone network?" and he said "yes." After I left I realized that I could not do this, so I went back the next morning and was told I would have to pay more for the service that I was promised. The rate they were now quoting was more than I was willing to pay, so I requested that they just cancel it and refund my payment, since they cannot supply me with what I was promised for the price I was quoted, however they refused to fully refund my payment.

Went in for my 2-year upgrade with absolutely no clue what I wanted to walk out with. Verizon salesperson @ New Milford, CT office Aysia Quinones was of such great help and sent me home with an incredible phone of her recommendation. If not for her, I never wouldve thought to try something new. She informed me on the latest & greatest with all accurate and helpful information, and has overall given me customer service above & beyond. Will definitely be looking for Aysia at this Verizon location the next time Im ready for a new phone! Thank you!

Will definitely go to this Verizon store over the busy corporate locations from now on.... came in to upgrade my phone and Kayla helped me. She had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable about all the different phones and the plans as well! She was very patient with me and took her time to explain everything which was a very nice change of pace as my usual experiences with phone companies are being rushed into something you have no idea how to use. Overall was a pleasant experience and I left with a new awesome phone!

I was long overdue for an update and clueless as to what best phone plan I could get. My salesperson Matt Lopes was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me. He gave me all the information I needed and more. I walked out with a new Samsung Galaxy 7 and Matt helped me find a payment plan that was just right in my budget. Overall my experience was great and I am definitely coming back to this Verizon retailer! The customer service there exceeds all expectations.

Kayla P. is an excellent sales woman, she helped me upgrade my phone and plan as well as resolve a hardware issue with my USB modem with no hassle. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism and her assistance with completing rebate forms and device returns to Verizon was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family and I plan on using her for my upgrades and plan changes in the future!

Just want to say what a wonderful, helpful experience I had at the New Milford CT Verizon. The salesperson was very knowledgable and extremely informative on all the issues I needed help with. Its always been a great store to deal with no hassles and lines!! My service remains with Vetizon when the customer service is like the service they provide each time !

Some miscommunication on the plan costs, but they did their best to amend afterwards . Not exactly pleased after 15+ years with Verizon, will likely look into another carrier. I was naive to trust the sales associate at the New Milford store on their word, make certain you know EXACTLY what you will be charged before you sign to so called "no contract" contract.

I had gone to the Brookfield store and it was packed while no one was getting helped. I chose to drive to the New Milford store and was I was greeted by Kayla. She assited me right away and was knowledgable about my questions and kind. They where patient with me as I had children running around their store. Overall very impressed with their customer service.

Alberto is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile in customer service. Thus was the first smartphone for thus 50+ customer. He took the time to find the best phone for my needs and then took time to explain how to usr the phone. I have been a Verizon customer for over 12 years and he by far the best I have encountered.
