I recently switched my service from Verizon to Cricket. After a couple of weeks, I started having problems with my phone. The manager Syed was so nice and very accommodating. He took the time to really explain to me what the problem was and helped me resolve it. If you are thinking about switching service or just have an issue with your phone, this is the store to go to.

Buyer beware, they will tell you anything to get you to sign. I wanted to use my existing phone as a hotspot, "no problem of course it will work", the next day I tried it and it wouldnt work. They called cricket and was told it only works with certain phones, they are the dealer and should know this.

i switched over from Verizon and saved more than 50% of my bill... got to use my old number ...network coverage is great awesome customer service... must go you will definitely save money... they have all kinds of cool accessories

Great cell service as a whole, but Ive never been in a situation where going to the store has been a better experience than doing whatever I need online or over the phone. Im not sure why the retail stores exist.
