Terrible customer service. The Gentleman whom helped me looked as though he did not want to be at work and was trying to sell me a plan without proper explanation. One representative had his back turn to me like I wasnt even there. Their nasty customer service makes me want to switch to another carrier.

If I could put ZERO stars I would! Was mislead and given wrong information about a promotional program and when I went back to address it their response was "Oh Well!" Just switched from Verizon and am already looking to switch back!

Horrible customer service!!!! If you dont want to work there QUIT!!! My issue was never resolved.. Waste of my time!! Ive been a customer for over 10 years I was very disappointed.
