I just left this store and it was horrible. I waited patiently for 15 minutes while some petite girl with a short hair cut (one of the workers) came and said she would be right with me after helping the man she was with but once she finished with him she started to help someone else and did not want to help until I was walking out the door.. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

so many problems with them. my family and i have been loyal t mobile customers for 10+ years...scammed us into paying an extra $140 a month, sold us phones that the battery dies within 2 hours of being fully charged. there liars, never saw our rebate, extremly rude, horrible customer service, not helpful at all. DO NOT go to this store, you will walk out so mad. i promise.

called to ask if they had the IPHONE 5 in so I would not go just to hear they are sold out and they said yes. 10 minutes later I get there and they tell me that they are sold out. WTF
