I had decided to travel all the way to the Westport Verizon store after a dissapointing experience I encountered while at the white plains verizon over the thanksgiving break, I was greeted by a young man named Giovanny. What amazing & courteous service I recieved, he helped me get a new iphone 7 & set up a reasonable plan for me & my family. I felt so good about the customer service I had to share with my friends. If i could only rate 10 stars!!!! I recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal, ask for Giovanny very knowledgeable staff member. Thank you Westport verizon!

Jermaine is a fantastic sales man. He went above and beyond to solve all of my problems. He even went to my house to set up my WiFi because I had no clue on how to do it myself. Michael was of great help also. He was able to get give me the extra help I needed to understand my new tablet I got with my unlimited plan. I will never go anywhere else. This location looks amazing, the sales staff are very knowledgeable. Five star customer service all around.

I was lucky enough to have William OConnor help me with my recent purchase of an IPhone 7. He was extremely pleasant and very capable and able to help me not only navigate the new phone, but helped me to find all my old contacts etc and transfer them to my new phone. All of the employees are awesome but Jamian is a very respectable young man and is very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer!!
