I went to the store to have a new phone activated and pics transferred from an older device as well as ordering accessories for the new pbone. My sales agent, Danielle Swanson. was friendly, kind, and extremely helpful while showing enormous patience and total professionalism. I left the store feeling well served and with confidence that I could return at any time with questions or concerns relating to my phone specifically and/or my Verizon service. I feel really fortunate to live so close to such a great Verizon center!

Troy was exceptional with us. He was helpful and went "above and beyond" what he was obligated to do to help us with our purchase. He even offered to go to another store to get my phone, which was not in stock at his phone!!!! We will definitely return to this store, due in large part to the excellent service Troy gave us today!!!!

Im so glad the Verizon store is in Southport and the sales reps are smart, helpful. Yhe best Oscar, Kayla and Jenn are all fabulous and I love going to the store to help me. This is definitely a good store because the staff is very professional and I love Verizon but this store is the best Verizon store I have ever gone there.

I would rate my service at the new Southport Verizon as outstanding . All the sales reps I have spoken were great, especially a gal by the name of Aysia who was exceptionally well versed in the sale and service of my new G5. I would highly recommend coming to this store as opposed to the others in the area.
