I went to this Verizon location to activate a phone I recently had factory unlocked to my existing plan. For some unknown reason the phone wouldnt activate properly. The guy ( I dont remember him giving me his name) suggested that I go to the corporate Verizon store since they would probably be better at assisting me. And now heres why Im giving this location 3 stars. The guy who was assisting me, didnt re-activate my current Verizon phone. So until the corporate Verizon store opens in the morning, my phone is useless unless Im connected to wifi. A big inconvenience. The workers were nice, but they didnt complete their job properly.

All the staff are pleasant, extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all products. My experience with Jonathan was tremendously smooth considering cell phone purchases can be stressful and complex. his determination to find the best suited plan within my budget was subpurb. Hands down the experience with him and the rest of the store staff makes me confident I am being serviced by the best cell phone provider on the market.

He was so patient with the long process of switching and updating my account, he also went out of his way to save me A LOT of money! Definitely suggest this Verizon as well as Angel to other Verizon users!

This store does not sell authentic accessories for example phone charger cables. they are knock offs from China which are not under warranty and breakdown within 2 weeks. Avoid this store as you will just be throwing money out the window as they are not affiliated to Verizon Corporate Office.
