Just went in there a few days ago to cancel my service because I am so tired of getting the run around from customer care. I went in there and I was greeted by a girl (forgot her name) she was supposedly in training. A Manager came to help her with me because I was so aggravated. I am not sure what actually happened but about 10 minutes later, not only was I not cancelling... I decided to open a prepaid line for my daughter to see if she can be responsable before I commit to a 2 year contract. I worked in retail my whole life and I have not ever received that kind of attention from a cell phone company. I would give them 5 stars if it were just this store... but since it is T-Mobile as a whole... I will give them 4 stars until they fix the customer service issue.

This is dumb I went to this store on Tuesday October 4 2016 at 12:45 PM and there was a latino Guy at the store who attended me I just want to buy a sim-card to put it my iPhone 4 the guy ask me for state ID or driver license I give my NYC card and the guy sid the that is not a state I D he pull at his driver license and he said to me this is a state I D and I said but the state give us this Identification card hi said that he can not help me because that and I said to him stop being rude to me and he said have a good day and walk away . Costumer service is REALLY REALLYYYYYY BAD, half of the staff (2) is working so hard to take care of the people, while the rest are doing NOTHING, this guy Jonathan was "TAKING CARE OF ME "MORE than 2 hours, he even was texting while he was talking to me, all the time was texting not even paying attention what I was saying and on top of that he let me waiting another 30 min for no reason while... guess what??? He was texting more in the other office... what a Joke.

do not go there! I got a phone from there they took the sim card out of the box. they never hooked up my data plan and I didnt get my rebate! nobody seems to know what there doing there including managment.
