Buyer beware. These guys are as bad as sleazy used car salesmen. My wife and I went there to get new phones in January. We met "sales representative" Roy Brown. He gave us the sales pitch that our phones were terribly out-dated that that we needed to upgrade. Given that we were there to upgrade that seemed reasonable. I even liked the guy. He seemed like he knew what he was talking about. Well, our new phones, a Droid Charge and a Droid Bionic worked well for a couple of months, just like a used car that has been fixed enough to make it survive past the warranty. It is now early July and I had some serious problems with my phone. It was terribly slow and for some reason it had deleted all my contacts. I took it to a certified Verizon store, the real corporate store. When I told them the issues with my phone they did a little research. It turns out that the "new" phone that Roy sold me had two previous owners. At the time Roy lied to my face and told me that it was indeed a new phone. Even came in a new box. My wifes phone wasnt as bad, it only had one previous owner. To top it off, the "latest and greatest" model that Roy was selling me was two years old. Now, I could have done more research into what phone I was going to buy, but silly me thought I could trust someone at a very official looking store. Not the case. He lied to me and my wifes face for nearly an hour about how we had to pay for this and that and that we needed these phones. He said they were brand new, false. He said they were the latest technology, false. He said they wouldnt give us any issues, false. I usually research what I buy a lot more thoroughly. Shame on me. I would love to go on more of a rant about how furious I am that this Wireless Zone swindled me but I will keep it to the facts. Now I am stuck for two years with a phone that is slow and full of glitches unless I want to pay full retail price for a new phone. Average smart phone is around $650. I dont have a high paying job, so that is out of the question. I urge anyone thinking about going to this store to seek out an official Verizon store where they will not sell you a used piece of junk and lie to you while they do it. I had a very positive experience at the Verizon Store on Federal Road in Brookfield. Its worth driving there to save yourself time and hassle in the long run.

Roy and Dom of the Danbury,CT verizon retailer are absolutely amazing! Not only are they extremely friendly but they are both extremely helpful. They always always go above and beyond to make phone shopping a fun experience & whenever there is an issue with my service they dont stop working on the problem until it is fixed! Thank you both so much for everything you do... my husband and I will never go to another Verizon location..only this one:-)

My experience was excellent. Kelly was fantastic. I went into the store because of a message I received on my phone to come see her. I hadnt used that Verizon in 4 yrs but was very pleased. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Dom the mgr and Saul were also very pleasant to work with. I not only will return to this Verizon but will tell all my friends about this experience. She is a great asset to your company.

Saul helped me today and couldnt be more pleased. He was very informative and helped me to find the very best phone for me and also helped me to know how the gizmo pal would be helpful for my daughter. I didnt feel rushed as I usually do in most of the other stores but he also didnt keep me sitting there all day like some other places do while they just socialize. If youre down with the no nonsense salesman Better call Saul!

I was there tonight to upgrade my phone & Kelly Kennedy was the biggest help! She did my upgrade & explained every part of the process & charges so I got the best deal. She even stayed open an hour late just for me to wait for everything on my phone to transfer over & we had the best conversation to pass the time! Thank you so much Kelly! Kelly at Verizon wireless could not have been a more outstanding teacher! She was patient and could not have been more helpful... I learned more about my iPhone 7 then I could have imagined. She made me feel so comfortable in coming back with any further questions… I would absolutely recommend this store based on Kelly and her associates.

I came in today to talk about my phone and I met with Kelly who was able to show me how I could renew relationship with Verizon I got a new phone and not pay any more money she was incredibly cordial and help me understand everything that I needed to know. She did it always smile. as usual Verizon and this particular store has been outstanding.

I came in the verizom store to have my pictures and videos transffered . I met rozana and she is wonderful . She helped me transfer all my info on my new phone. I usually come here everyweek and have her assist me with any help or questions i have She is patient and very personable. Recommend seeing her if anyone visits this location.

My favorite Verizon store because of their dedicated customer service. Dom and every other team member have consistently proven to put the customer first. They take their time to explain options and have never made me feel pressured to make a decision or spend unneccessarily... in fact they have often times helped us to save!

I received my iPhone 7 plus today and love it. The service here was customer first and always. Very professional and friendly team at this Verizon location. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I had questions and the team manager answered them all. Im a business major and I respect the work environment that they have there!

I went in with a broken phone in the afternoon and he stayed after hours to make sure i was not without a phone and he made sure I didnt lose my pictures that were not able to be replaced. Charged me $20 for a SIM card that is free at a "Real" Verizon store. Apparently this particular store is an "indirect" store, and has its own rules. Buyer beware. I will be returning it and expecting a refund, then driving up to the Brookfield store that is a "Direct" store and will give me a free one.
